question about niacin flush

Why is it that sometimes the niacin flush is outrageously red and at other times

there is barely a sign I took anything?  I take the same amount every morning on

an empty stomach.  I like that I can see the niacin in action.

Thanks, Bee.  I should have mentioned that I do take a B complex with the

niacin, of course.  The other times that I  take B3/B-c during the day,

always

follows food.

I thought that possibly, the amount of flush variance reflected the amount of

toxin removal.

+++Hi Donna,

Getting flushes depends upon many body processes and other nutrients, and what

your body can do, or needs to do, at any given time.

You need to take it with vitamin B complex as well as other supplements and

foods as recommended, because all of the nutrients work together.

+++Hi Donna,

It does reflect the toxins being released, but detoxification depends upon many

factors. When you do not flush it does not mean niacin isn't helping your body.
