Guest guest
Why is it that sometimes the niacin flush is outrageously red and at other times there is barely a sign I took anything? I take the same amount every morning on an empty stomach. I like that I can see the niacin in action. Donna
Guest guest
Thanks, Bee. I should have mentioned that I do take a B complex with the niacin, of course. The other times that I  take B3/B-c during the day, always follows food. I thought that possibly, the amount of flush variance reflected the amount of toxin removal. You need to take it with vitamin B complex as well as other supplements and foods as recommended, because all of the nutrients work together. When you do not flush it does not mean niacin isn't helping your body. Bee >
