Guest guest
Exercise is not as important as we've been led to believe it is. Your body is perfectly capable of utilizing nutrients to build up overall strength, agility, speed, and stamina by following Nature's Laws on Health. Of course it includes the correct combination of nutrients that all Humans require in order to be healthy, strong and fit - see Food Selection for Humans: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/price1.php If course that includes eliminating toxins and damaging foods, like high-carbs (all plant foods), etc. as recommended on my program. Exercise can build up muscles and strength but it is achieved mainly by the body being forced to produce more anabolic hormones - see the message I posted this morning about hormones. That is why many athletes have suddenly keeled over from a heart attack. Did you ever notice Lions in the wild? They are very lazy creatures, yet they do not get fat and they are very muscular, strong and fast. That is because they eat foods according to their instincts, which is according to how their body are designed, rather than by hunger, taste, look, feel, etc. like most Humans do today. The Eskimos and Masai Tribe in Africa that Dr. Weston A. Price researched proved this too. They were the 2 most healthy groups of any he studied. In fact the Eskimos could not exercise when it was bitterly cold so they had to stay inside their homes (Igloos), which were small cramped quarters housing family groups. Yet they had the stamina and strength to chase down and kill deer with spears or arrows. However, we are unhealthy our bodies require all of its energy and resources in order to heal and detoxify itself, so that's why only mild forms exercises are recommended: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/health3.php The best in health, Bee
