Guest guest Posted April 21, 2011 Report Share Posted April 21, 2011 Hi Bee and everyone else, I've been reading the posts about the optimal diet and how many calories are supposed to be consumed from carbs + protein, and I just want to make sure that I got this right. The calculator on the site says I need 70 grams of protein and 56 grams of carbs, so here I've got 126 x 4 = 504, correct? Please let me know if I'm on the right track here. I'm usually below my prescribed carb consumption, and barely starting to get close to the lower limit of my fat consumption, but I'm trying to get there slowly, right now, I'm in the 120s and the site mentions 175 to 246 as the right ration for me.
