Guest guest
Bee thanks for your detailed reply. Copper is definitely something I don't need anymore of, but it's good to know that it can be balanced out with Vit C which I am taking after each meal (1000mg) as per your instructions. As for Soy Lecithin, wow, I certainly don't need petroleum either. I will check for Lecithin made from eggs at Whole Foods just out of curiousity, but I see more and more how I should just stick to this diet. I do wholesomely believe in fat and it's function in natural detoxification I'm happy to know that Real Salt is at least not toxic. Thanks so much Juno From: Bee <beeisbuzzing2003@...> Subject: [ ] Re: Re real salt Date: Thursday, April 21, 2011, 4:44 AM <snip> +++There are other kinds of lecithin from other sources, not just from soy. Lecithin is yellow-brownish fatty substances occurring in animal and plant tissues, and in egg yolk. It was originally discovered in egg yolk. Lecithin is extracted chemically from soy by using hexane. Hexanes are chiefly obtained by the refining of crude oil which are toxic. +++This program is the natural way to eliminate heavy metals as explained in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/mn16.php > I finally found something you said in regard to Chlorela, which was another question I had. You said it is a diuretic and so not recommended. +++Yes, that is true. I used to recommend Liquid Chlorophyll but when I found out it was high in copper and people on this program were not always taking the amount of vitamin C I recommended in order to lower copper I stopped recommending it. It is diuretic too along with chlorella, algae, green drinks, green leafy veggies, herbs, etc. In addition I had discovered the combination of good fats I recommend got rid of heavy metals anyway. Also vitamin C gets rid of heavy metals. But as I always write, all nutrients on this program all work together. All the best, Bee
