What do you mean by a lot?? How often per week and are they normal servings of 6 ounces or larger? > > 2: I have been using an organic butter however it has salt in it, Is this ok. I called the company ands they said the salt is organic but not sea salt. +++It is best to avoid that kind of salt but don't become overly concerned about it. > Also is there anyone from Australis that can reccomend a good butter that they have been using, i have tried a few different brands but am still a little unsure on quality. +++Don't be overly concerned about quality since even pasteurized butter contains important nutrients. Don't they have Kerry Gold butter in Australia? Bee
Guest guest
Hi , We have Paris Organic unsalted butter here in the IGA. Ask for it at your IGA and they will get it in for you. They are good that way. Cassie (Australia)

However a can of sardines does not contain much omega 3 so you can take the supplements at the same time. All the best, Bee
