normal servings of 6 ounces or larger?

I called the company ands they said the salt is organic but not sea salt.

+++It is best to avoid that kind of salt but don't become overly concerned about

it.

+++Don't be overly concerned about quality since even pasteurized butter

contains important nutrients. Don't they have Kerry Gold butter in Australia?

Hi ,

We have Paris Organic unsalted butter here in the IGA.

Ask for it at your IGA and they will get it in for you.

They are good that way.

+++Hi Andy,

On days you have 9 ounces of fish it is okay to not take vitamin A, D and Omega

3 supplements. However a can of sardines does not contain much omega 3 so you

can take the supplements at the same time.

All the best, Bee
