*** Hi - Is your name ? Please remember to sign your posts in the future

so we get to know you by your first name.

*** Have you tried a search in the archives? Are you a member of Bee's recipe

group? I know this topic comes up frequently...

> How much of a problem is it for me to add quina or a small amount of rice

every few days or once a week, or some kind of fruit. What is the nutritional

setback for a developing 7 year old boy to not have fruit, or dairy? I feel like

this is the right thing to do for adults but having some trouble coming to terms

with is for my son....not that I want him to be out there eating mcdonalds and

bread and cake or anything, but I dont see a ton of harm in fruit ever so often

or nuts as a snack.

> He hasnt had nearly as much damage done to him as I have done to myself over

the years..... Am i crazy? Its hard to break the mental cycle of everything Ive

been told as a healthy lifestyle(Ie food pyramid) I feel like Its ok for me to

try new things and make decisions for myself and If im wrong Im wrong but dont

want to make any mistakes with him and his development.... He understands why we

eat differently then others but it certainly doesnt stop him from trying to snak

cupcakes at school when a class member has a cupcake....I would rather him eat

some srot of fruit or something that a gluten filled frosting cupcake....

*** As I look back on my history and that of my kids, I've realized they were

all probably born with candidiasis and, for those still eating at home, I've

chosen to help them break that destructive cycle. And it DOES feel crazy,

doesn't it, to go against everything we've been told by society... But I see

more truth here the longer I follow Bee's program. You have to do what feels

right to you.

>

> So again sorry for the rambling, I just need some help here, I dont see alot

of stuff on here about kids and development and how important diet is to them

and the bones/body. Is this diet not meant for children this young? Thanks to

everyone for your help and IM certainly open to anything you have to say!

>

*** As I shared above, if our children have candidiasis and/or we want them to

live a much healthier life than we have, then most definitely this program is

for kids.

*** I encourage you to spend some time (and it will take time) to go back thru

the archives and see what discussions you can find on kids following Bee's

program. Even looking thru the success stories will be very encouraging to you.

+++Hi there. Welcome to our group. Is your name ? There is not

nutritional setback at all with the foods on my program, because they provide

everything any Human needs, including children, in order to be healthy. Rice,

quinoa and fruits are carbs, just like any plant foods and carbs are not

required in order to be healthy, as proved by groups across the planet who only

ate meats and fats, and no carbs, yet they were the healthiest groups, i.e.

Eskimos and Masai tribe in Africa, as researched by Dr. Weston A. Price (his

book is Nutrition and Physical Degeneration). See this Food Selection for

Humans: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/price1.php

+++Carbs (all plant foods) do not contain any special nutrients not found in

meat, eggs and good fats I recommend. See Carb & Fiber Facts to understand more

about this:

+++See Recipes & Cooking on my website - here's the section on making eggs:

+++Here's Bee's Egg Drink which most children love:

+++Yes, of course this program is meant for all Humans, whether babies, children

Since you are new ensure you read two important articles so you understand what

The first Success Story about 2 autistic boys is great since it gives you an

idea of how wonderful this program is for improving overall health in anyone.
