Guest guest
> > If you have allergies to coconuts what would you suggest? > *** Hi - Is your name ? Make sure you sign your posts, please, so we can know you by your first name. Hopefully, you've read the " How to Get Started " articles on Bee's site. There is no need to consume " coconuts " ; you want to consume unrefined coconut oil. Here is a link to a response Bee had to someone else who was concerned about " coconut allergy " : < /message/103206> ....in which Bee states: " +++Yes, I would try unrefined coconut oil only, and ensure you get the correct kind. Start with 1/4 teaspoon with 2 complete meals per day that contain protein and only increase it when your reactions are less. Guest guest
> > If you have allergies to coconuts what would you suggest? > +++Hi there. Welcome to our group. What is your name please? It is impossible for Humans to be " allergic " to " real coconuts " including the meat, milk and oils. If that were true people who ate coconuts, etc. for hundreds of years wouldn't have survived. Of course the whole allergic to real foods issue is false - gave you links to articles about it. However, like wrote I only recommend unrefined coconut oil. Since you are new ensure you read two important articles so you understand what you need to do and why: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these 200 wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php The best in health, Bee
