Hello Bee, moderators and fellow members,

I am on the candida program fully, taking all the supplements, doing the dry

skin brushing, Epsom salt baths, and I love it, I've never felt better, I'm

really happy to report that without any major efforts I'm able to stay within

the right ratios for me. So all this, has led me to read a lot about food and

nutrition and the myths that we buy into.

I understand we follow the Optimal Diet ratios, but I'm just curious about the

Paleolithic diet or what I've seen called the " primal diet " and how that relates

to what we do. I've looked at some menu samples and they do include foods,

namely some vegetables, that are not good to eat when you suffer from Candida,

but anyway, I just want to get your take on all this.

Thanks!

Caroline

+++Hi Caroline,

Sorry, I do not have time nor it is important because this program works.

Since you are reading about the primal diet you can look into it further and let

us all know how it differs or is similar to this program.

Thanks, Bee
