Guest guest
Thank you Bee, Could there be a delay in the emptying? Guest guest
Is it best to do coffee enemas in the morning? If too tired some mornings, can they be done in the afternoon? Guest guest
OMG, I had a similar thing happen except that with my second coffee enema, NOTHING has come out!! I did everything like normal, expelled the first one after 10 minutes, put the second one in, held for 15 minutes with no problem – and then nothing. I walked around, even ate lunch, had a small glass of lemon salt water, etc. and it’s been 1 ½ hours! Is it possible that 2 cups of coffee got absorbed into my large intestine and is NOT coming out??!! Bee, I am SO GRATEFUL to have found you, I’ve been on your program for 3 weeks and am beginning to feel the clouds lifting!!! I sooo look forward to these enemas for relief, I count the days with anticipation and rejoice on my 4th day. I read your article on the enemas but do you recommend coffee enemas in the beginning, THEN the antifungal ones as we progress, did I miss some critical info on how to order those? Forgive me if it’s on your site somewhere, I am systemically trying to read EVERYTHING on your site but there is SO MUCH, don’t get me wrong, I am SOOO grateful there IS so much info, I just could hardly even read and compute things the first 2 weeks…MANY MANY THANKS to you and GOD BLESS YOU and your work! You have saved my life!!
Guest guest
Hi , Maybe our bodies want to absorb the first ones. I was worried too that something went wrong, then so relieved when Bee said it's not uncommon for that to happen. Bee I'm feeling better today too thanks to your advice. I'm tired and need more rest, but not all the scary symptoms that I was having before. Thank you. Guest guest
HI Bee, Yes I've read it before I started. I can see that it's ideal to do it mornings. I see now that if I'm having a bad morning and can't do it yet, then instead of doing it later, to just wait for another morning. Guest guest
Hi Bee, I'm having trouble with the first clear enema. I can only take in about 8 oz of water, not a quart. I tried a second time with water and again couldn't take in any more. Can I go ahead and do the coffee enema now anyway? April
Guest guest
I'm really glad that whatever amount I can get in is ok, because trying to get might body to accept more did not feel right, it felt like I was trying to force it. (I thought I read a quart was necessary in the coffee enema instructions). Thanks for your explanation, I'll do step 2 next time. Since I attempted this yesterday but only did the clear enema and no coffee, is it too soon for me to try again today? I'd like to see it will help the spaciness and fatigue. Guest guest
Bee, could just the clear enema itself have stirred up toxins? My head has been feeling very spacey since then. I thought the enema would get toxins out and I would have less spaciness, but instead I had more. I'm not positive it's from the enema, could be from something else, but it did happen afterwards. I know it's ok to coffee enemas during periods, but is it still ok since I had a very heavy period this time? Guest guest
Thank you so so much Bee for helping to figure out how to do this properly. I will give it another try and get on a routine with it. Many many hugs and kisses Bee, you are a godsend! Guest guest
Hello Bee, I want to try another coffee enema, but I cannot do it after a bowel movement because I'm not having any now. I'm completely constipated. Can I do two clear water enemas first instead of one? I can only take in about 8oz at a time, but if I do two in a row do you think that would be enough prep for the coffee part? Guest guest
Hello Bee, I did not have constipation prior to starting this diet, I was going regularly every day. I have had problems with constipation a number of times over the years before that though. Maybe I did change over from carbs too soon, I'll review the article. If I go on all liquid can that help with movements? Event though we don't need fibre, I thought we still needed some bulk?
