It is obvious you are not doing my candida program since you are taking probiotics, which I don't recommend. You were emailed 2 things when you joined, called Candida Support Group's Rules & Required Reading, and Candida Support Introduction. It would be best to read those so you understand how my candida program gets results, where many others fail, and their diets includes foods that feed candida and foods that are damaging to our health. Overdosing on probiotics is definitely not going to help you, and since you are very sick you cannot expect quick fixes. This is a self-help program so ensure you read two important articles so you know what you need to do and why: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these 200 wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php The best in health, Bee
Guest guest
Hi there, I'd like to add some words of encouragement for you with respect to Bee's program. In July 2010 I had a sudden extreme outbreak of eczema ALL OVER MY BODY. I NEVER had eczema before (I'm 27 yrs old) so this was a total shock; the dermatologist said it was one of the most severe cases of eczema she had ever seen. I knew about the dangers of steroid creams and antibiotics so I refused to take them. I found Bee's program and it made sense to me. Within a couple of weeks of being on her program I got such severe healing reactions that I became completely disabled and had to go on full disability from work. My skin went through the scariest and most painful daily transformations you can possibly imagine. In addition to the expected green and loose stool, I had acidic (very smelly) liquid coming through my skin (toxins) for 2,5 months. The skin got so thick and inflamed that I looked like a turtle. I was cold all the time since my skin barrier was completely broken from scratching. I couldn't get out of bed as any temperature change from under the blanket would make me itch and bleed uncontrollably, so would any contact with water. I couldn't sleep for days at a time and felt like I was constantly burning from the inside. I had hives every 30 minutes and could not wear a T-shirt for 2 months as any contact with the skin provoked more painful hives. My face would get numb every 15 minutes (major skin flushes) after which a layer of skin would come off from scratching so hard, leaving my skin all purple. I lost a ton of skin every single day, as well as 30% of my hair; my skin layer was simply not " sticking " to me. My skin also went into a " wet eczema " state 4 times. After 3 months of complete hell, my body got used to the vitamins and the daily skin " reactions " started going down until eventually the itch started disappearing and my skin got softer and cracks went away. My legs were the first to get better, followed by the stomach and back, arms and shoulders. My face and neck will be the last. My skin is currently 70% recovered. My last improvement was 1 week ago when I noticed that my face was no longer peeling on a daily basis. I used to wake up every 2 hours to moisturize, and now I can sleep for 6 hours. I am very impressed that I have virtually no scratch marks of any kind after what I went through....thanks to the coconut oil used on my skin. I moisturize every 2-3 hours during the day, and I am now back to being functional and resumed stretches and light workouts after 4,5 months of being disabled. I still have a lot of redness and an occasional itch, but I feel so much better and the recovery is going fast now so I expect to have my skin back to normal by summer, which will be am 11 months journey. I highly recommend Bee's program to you, although I must warn you that it will be very painful, but don't give up and don't listen to people who criticize you for doing it. I was criticized by almost everyone in my life, but I was desperate to find a cure so I would not have to depend on steroids. Best of luck, > > > > Hello all > > > > I just joined the forum and this is my first post. > > > > I suffer from eczema which until recently was under control. I am working on 8 months on Bee's diet. My excema has gotten progressively worse, and I find myself constantly scratching, much more than I ever have in the past. Originally confined to a few spots, my excema is now expanding over larger areas. My family thinks it's because of all my intense scratching. I personally think it's the diet working it's healing mechanisms, although admittedly I have been very concerned about how much more my skin can take. Your message was a releif to say the least, and for those of us who experience severe excema outbreaks, we can find some measure of comfort that the diet plus supplements as outlined, does ultimately bring restoration. ly, I have been apprehensive about using CO on the inflammed areas. I know that I can expect reactions when applying the CO, but I sometimes feel that I can just barely cope with the general daily healing/detox symptoms, let alone increasing the excematous symptoms. Maybe I'll give CO a go and see what happens. Thanks to you, my courage has been boosted. Nina
Guest guest
Hi Bee I am an eczema and groin itch sufferer since last year August. I am an chinese guy aged 40 years old. I suspect stress (new baby & job stress) got to me and certain toxins in a new environment. Anyway I am using steroids (Betamethasone Diporopionate 0.064%, Salicylic Acid 3.0%) now to control it and experimenting with vaseline to cover the itchiness. I have given up on antihistamines. Also am not so lucky like valerie to get disability, i will most likely lose my job by going fulltime to cure myself. I am still not sure of the cause of the eczema flare up. I have just started to take garlic in a raw form by swallowing two cloves in small pieces twice a day. I feel tired all the time since i started this. I have stopped taking virgin coconut oil as I have taking suspect has been increasing my blood pressure. I have been taking baths using hot spring waters on an alternate days to dry the wounds. I am glad that valerie got her cure after such trials. I tried doing it by allowing the eczema to burst but always after much pain and wet eczema sores on my body and legs I will end up at the doctors with a steroid shot and lots of antihistamine meds ( which I will take a little). I need some guidance on what to do and how to go about it. I also fear the infection that happens when the sores are wet. Please advise as the whole thing is very scary. The place to start is by reading and learning so you can know what you can do and why. Please you read these two important articles: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these 200 wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php You cannot avoid going through eczema symptoms because that is how the body heals itself. Eczema is toxins coming out through the skin, most likely because your liver is overloaded trying to process so many toxins. That means your body is less able to detoxify itself so it chooses the skin in order to protect vital inner organs like the heart. Now you have the chance to reverse the disease processes, since they are exactly the same as healing and detoxifying processes created by the body itself in an effort to maintain its health, in spite of poor nutrition, toxins, etc. As Taubes writes in his book Good Calories, Bad Calories, p. 142: " . . .the fundamental feature of all living organisms is the interdependence of the parts of the body to the whole . . . " " . . .all physiological systems have to work together to assure survival. " " . . all of the vital mechanisms [processes], however varied they may be, have only one object, that of preserving constant the conditions of life in the internal environment. " As Florence Nightengale, the famous nurse, said: " There are no specific diseases; there are [only] specific disease conditions. " People on this healthy program are giving their bodies what they need to become healthy, so they are now able to progress towards health and reverse the disease processes. All drugs are toxic (poisonous) to your body so they just add more toxins your body has to process and get rid of. Guest guest
Hi Cheah, More is not better. What makes us healthy in this program is eating the food with supplements. Taking extra herbs and pills won't help our 'condition'. It takes time for the body to throw off toxins and heal. There is a search engine Bee's site. Treatments are listed there as well. Also groups has a search engine to answer your questions on her groups. Guest guest
Hi Bee Just another quick question, according to your website it is recommended that coconut oil and sitz bath be applied for the itching which accompanies eczema. My concern is the fungal infection that accompanies wet open eczema sores. What are your thoughts on this? What > are your thoughts on this? +++Hi cheah, Your own body creates a fungal infection in order to help detoxify and to heal the area. As I've written many times funguses, bacteria, candida/yeast (a fungus) and even cancer (a fungus) can only cured by getting healthy, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (Bee's diet plus supplements which provides all of the nutrients any Human needs in order to be healthy). 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer). 3) Eliminating damaging foods. 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When you are healthy enough your body automatically " changes " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. That's why this program works, since we know we must give our bodies what they need in order to get healthy, and that you cannot get healthy by " killing off " bugs of any kind, including fungus. Guest guest
Hi Bee I have been experimenting with Vaseline as a moisturiser. Is this acceptable as it helps to reduce itching and wetness of wounds. VCo makes the wounds and skin very itchy unless I overlay it with vaseline. As I am in the tropics (malaysia), taking cold water baths twice a day keeps me cool and less sticky, however this is contrary to yr guidelines. Your thoughts on this. Your thoughts on this. +++Cheah, My goodness, please do not use vaseline for anything, since it is like a plastic product that blocks up the pores in your skin which is very unhealthy. Coconut oil does cause some itching at first, which means it is healing and detoxifying your skin, so keep applying it. It isn't healthy to take cold baths or showers, because they drive blood on the surface of your skin deeper into your body. Blood on your skin is what heals it. Guest guest
> > Hi Bee > > My stools are normally yellow and loose. Is this normal? > +++Hi Cheah, Stools that are yellow and loose are caused by toxins coming out, so that can happen with some people when they are on this program. Also, ff you have had those kinds of stools in the past your body will also be retracing them as it heals itself - see this article to understand retracing: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal10.php All the best, Bee
Guest guest
> > Hi Bee > > Congrats to you and your website. +++Thank you Cheah. Just wondering my hands seem to have tremors when I hold to out straight. How should I go about discovering the causes? Healing reaction maybe or thyroid issue? I am a chinese male 40 trying his best to adapt to Bee's diet slowly as I have no control of the kitchen. +++Tremors like that are mainly caused by mineral imbalances, and if you have had that in the past your body will be retracing it as it heals itself. +++Of course minerals can only be absorbed and utilized by your body with the combination of fats and oils on this program, i.e. cod liver oil (for omega 3, and vitamins A & D), vitamin E and the wonderful saturated fats such as unrefined coconut oil, butter and natural fats from animals, fish, and from eggs. ++Of course minerals, fats and oils, work along with all of the other nutrients on this program, i.e. vitamins, protein, trace minerals from ocean sea salt and tap water, etc. Most people who are unhealthy can have thyroid and adrenal issues. That's why this program doesn't recommend separate treatments for each and every symptoms, health issue, etc. because it treats the body as a whole, giving it what it needs so it can heal itself the way Nature intended. Only doctors treat each symptom, illness, disease, malfunction of organs, as separate issues, as if they are not part of the body, nor do they believe the body heals itself, and we know their treatments do not help us get healthy. Guest guest
> > Hi Bee > > If I have severe eczema will niacin compound my problems? Thanks > +++Hi Cheah, Niacin (B3), along with all of the other nutrients on this program, helps your body heal and detoxify itself, and all abnormal skip eruptions are toxins coming out. Niacin is one of the important nutrients for helping toxins to get out, for getting rid of radiation, along with opening up all of the blood vessels so your blood can flow better, etc. Of course increasing your body's ability to detoxify can increase symptoms, but they are very necessary in order for your body to get healthy. Guest guest
Hi Bee According to chinese medicine the advice is to avoid eggs and seafood until the skin condition clears up or it will worsen the condition. This is contrary to your advice. What are your thoughts on this? Guest guest
> > Hi Bee > > Correct me if I am wrong, stress and evironmental toxins would cause healing reactions such as eczema. As the place I live continues to have polluted air, animal dander, dust mites and a stressful work environment, your recommended diet may only heal me in the short term or not at all. A recurrence may also may happen. > +++Hi Cheah, Stress and environmental toxins affect your health very little when you are healthy so your body has become efficient at detoxifying and healing itself.
