Guest guest
I noticed that Bee listed " light massage " on her list of acceptable exercises. Is moderate or deep massage harmful? I have been getting regular massages for the last 2+ decades and can have a fairly deep massage now tolerance-wise. Much thanks for your kind help! My advice is for people who are on my Candida Program and for people who are unhealthy. If you are healthy deep massage can be okay. Are you doing my candida program? Guest guest
Dear Bee, Thank you for this letter. It gives me opportunity to impart knowledge to some of the uninformed: a. Light massage is for people that have: high blood pressure, are on Bee's program (because of all the toxins in the blood stream being 'dumped'), nerve damage (?), and/or are under a doctor's supervision, restricting deep massage. Also, used prior to sports events, no more than 30 minutes prior to it. b. Deep massage is for post sports events, medical massage (usually per a chiropractors' order), deep tension relief, break up adhesions and other 'glued' muscles (excess waste that is not normally eliminated), strengthen muscles for endurance, and for relaxation from daily stresses. If anyone else has something to contribute for helping here, I would love it! I am a certified massage therapist, with an extensive medical background. Thank you for all your expert help, Bee! Judy V. p.s. We, as Massage Therapists, can only 'suggest' this information. ----- Forwarded Message ---- From: Bee <beeisbuzzing2003@...> Sent: Sun, April 24, 2011 10:21:48 AM Subject: [ ] Re: Deep Massage > > I noticed that Bee listed " light massage " on her list of acceptable exercises. >Is moderate or deep massage harmful?
