Guest guest
> > Hello, > Can this diet cause too much acid in the urine - cause possible kidney stones? +++Hi a, You remind me of many other people who have been members in the past, so ask the same kinds of questions you are, so pardon me if I'm somewhat skeptical. If protein caused kidney stones then consuming fructose would also cause them and many people who are following this program accurately and completely would also get kidney stones, including me! Kidney stones are caused by an imbalance and/or lack of minerals. In order for minerals to be absorbed and utilized there must be the correct combination of fats I recommend, along with all other nutrients from the foods and supplements of course. All nutrients work together. Also read all about acidity/alkalinity balancing which is regulated by the body itself and cannot be influenced by foods, including information on how important protein is: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/acid1.php Bee
