Also do not be concerned you could not hold it very long since it is still helping you. You will still feel bloated and have cramping for as long as it take your body to retrace all of your past episodes. Yes, you still need to do the second coffee enema. Guest guest
> > Is it best to do coffee enemas in the morning? If too tired some mornings, > can they be done in the afternoon? +++Hi April, Please read the Coffee Enema Article, i.e. under Procedure it states: Always do an enema after a bowel movement so the bowel is empty. Also clean out the bowel with a clear water-only enema, which is immediately allowed to empty prior to administering the coffee enema, and do dry skin brushing as explained above. The goal is to have two coffee enemas, not exceeding 1/2 a quart (2 cups) each, that you are able to hold for 12 to 15 minutes each. Usually 2 or 3 times will use up all of the enema, but that is not your goal. The goal is being able to hold it for 12 to 15 minutes. Yes, I do believe your body needed the fluid so it was absorbed. > Bee, I am SO GRATEFUL to have found you, I've been on your program for 3 weeks and am beginning to feel the clouds lifting!!! I sooo look forward to these enemas for relief, I count the days with anticipation and rejoice on my 4th day. I read your article on the enemas but do you recommend coffee enemas in the beginning, THEN the antifungal ones as we progress, did I miss some critical info on how to order those? +++I no longer recommend any antifungal or probiotic enemas because of the false information about antifungals and probiotics - see: Why Antifungals Are Not Needed: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/antifungal1.php Why Probiotics Are Not Needed: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/probiotic1.php Therefore, I only recommend coffee and clear water enemas. > Forgive me if it's on your site somewhere, I am systemically trying to read EVERYTHING on your site but there is SO MUCH, don't get me wrong, I am SOOO grateful there IS so much info, I just could hardly even read and compute things the first 2 weeks…MANY MANY THANKS to you and GOD BLESS YOU and your work! You have saved my life!! +++You are so very welcome my friend! Your success is my reward! Onward & Upward, Bee
Guest guest
> > Hi Bee, > I'm having trouble with the first clear enema. I can only take in about 8 oz of water, not a quart. I tried a second time with water and again couldn't take in any more. Can I go ahead and do the coffee enema now anyway? +++Hi April, Where did you read you must put a whole quart in at one time? You must be trying to follow the directions for the Clear Water Enema, which has you make up a quart. Don't follow that enema procedure when you do a coffee enema. Any amount of water you can get in is okay, which is meant to clean out the bowel prior to the coffee enema, so you let it go as soon as you feel the urge. Then you insert the coffee solution. Coffee enemas help unburden your liver and lymphatic system of toxins so your body is better able to detoxify itself - here's what the lymphatic system is: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/lymp1.php Don't forget to do the dry skin brushing beforehand too. Yes, you can do coffee enemas anytime even if you have heavy periods, but do them according to the schedule. Bee

If you did not go on my program slowly enough you will get constipated as explained in Curing Candida, How to Get Started. In any case, you should do my 9-Day Program instead of the coffee enemas, but you may need to stay on all liquid and pureed (blended) foods for much longer than just 2 days so read the instructions on the article about that: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php Bee

Event though we don't need fibre, I thought we still needed some bulk? +++Hi April, You said you had problems with constipation a number of times over the years so that means you had constipation problems prior to starting on this program. It isn't all liquid since it is also pureed foods which is foods that are well-cooked and blended to a baby-food-like consistency. No, you do not need any bulk. That's why doctors and hospitals put people on all liquid and/or pureed foods when they are sick, have an operation, etc. because it is easier on their digestive system.
