Guest guest
Hi Bee, I ordered shark liver oil pills from iherb thinking that they contained both vitamins A and D to switch from taking 4 teaspoons of Garden of Life to the new recommendation. When they arrived I took a closer look at the label and they contain 10,000iu vitamin a and 400iu shark liver oil, not vitamin d, per pill. Is there any way that I can use them? I tried the halibut liver oil pills from natural factors, but I had a persistent dry cough while taking them, which I associated with the soy oil in the coating. Thank you, kelly

It is unlikely your dry cough was caused by any soy in the halibut liver oil. I'm sensitive to soy too and I do not get any reaction when I take them. Didn't I recommend you take 3 teaspoons of Garden of Life CLO plus a supplement that contains 10,000 IU vitamin A and 400 IU vitamin D. The Shark supplement above only provides 10,000 IU of vitamin A, so you still need Omega 3 and vitamin D. Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, I purchased the shark liver oil pills thinking that they contained 10,000 IU of vitamin A and 400 IU of D. They don't contain any D, instead it has 10,000 IU of vitamin A and 400 IU of shark liver oil. My question is, since I already bought them, can I benefit from taking them in addition to the one tablespoon of cod liver oil and halibut liver oil pill. Thank you, kelly ________________________________ From: Bee <beeisbuzzing2003@...> Sent: Sun, May 8, 2011 6:58:38 AM Subject: [ ] Re: cod liver oil/ vitamin a pills > > Hi Bee, > > Here is the link to the shark liver oil. > > http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Shark-Liver-Oil-Vitamin-A-120-Softgels/815?at=0 > > Thank you Bee, it's good to know that you don't react to the halibut liver oil > pills. > +++Dear , What new recommendation are you referring to, since you still need to get Omega 3, along with vitamin A & D.
