Protein is adequate, but fats are low. +++Hi , To increase your fats, slather butter or coconut oil over meats and vegetables after they are cooked, which also makes them taste better. Also you have Bee's Egg Drink for breakfast which contains 19 grams of protein, 65 grams of fat and 4 grams of carbs: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe167.php Also have meats that are more fatty, like pork.
