My head is throbbing. I'm belching. It hurts to try to scan thru threads to see if this has been addressed before. > > Is there anything I can do/take to relieve this? > > Would taking baking soda in water help? +++Hi , If your stomach hurts (not your abdomen, which is where the intestines are located) taking 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in 4-5 ounces of non-chlorinated water will help relieve it. But if your abdomen hurts it will take time for it to get out of your system and for your body to handle it. Sometimes applying heat to your abdomen helps. Also do what you can to help your body detoxify itself - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/detox.php Sorry I couldn't reply yesterday. I had consultations and when I tried to go on the group was bouncing me out. It should only take 2-3 days to feel better. I'm more vertical today than horizontal. I do believe it is my stomach which has the sharp pains, not the abdomen. Still get twinges of it today but no diarrhea. Still have a slight head ache, tho. Sleep and lots of it was helpful.
