Guest guest
Sorry, almost forgot one more thing to add to the list, as of last summer, I have also been having a breathing problem. First it was like an anxiety problem, I felt like I couldn't breathe properly. Those have seemed to gone away, but what I have been left with is that every once in awhile I actually catch my body all of a sudden out of no where take in a very quick inhale. It's not me doing it, it's my body doing it, I don't ever know when its going to occur. I have no idea why this is happening, so maybe you could possibly shed some light on why or what is causing this to happen to me. It's almost like my body is trying to catch its breath. Strange huh. Thank you again, I'm sorry I have so many problems, and you have so many people to write to. I hate to be bothersome. Carol

Also you had thyroid problems because your adrenals were so stressed. The thyroid will lower hormone output in order to protect the adrenals when they are overstressed and working overtime. So in order to help this you should get into doing regular deep breathing exercises, particularly when you feel you cannot breath: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php 2) Toxins being released or circulating around will cause breathing problems too, and they make cell membranes rigid/stiff so muscles in your lungs aren't able to function like they should. 3) Cell membranes aren't constructed out of 50% saturated fat (lung cells require 100% saturated fat) like they should in order to be healthy, as I wrote in reply to your previous email. The last two take time and patience to correct. In the meantime do everything you can to relax, although I know that is hard to do when you feel so bad. Take short walks outside and look around at the sky, trees, houses, grass, etc. so your mind is not dwelling on the past and your suffering. Avoid people who are toxic to you. Shut out bad news from any sources, i.e. TV, other people, etc. and watch movies or shows that are funny and give you a lift. Take Epsom salt baths and do dry skin brushing to assist detoxification. And pamper and reward yourself for getting on this program. You too can be a sassy diva like me, and I'm 69 years old! lol! I'm healthier today than I was 25 years ago.
