Guest guest
Hi Bee, I'm in such severe pain everyday that I am beside myself. I am suffering with chest pains and back pains just under the shoulder blades. I have no idea what is causing the pains, I'm convinced that it is glands that hurt. I also have a rubbery like gland on my collar bone that has pains in it, but not every day, only sometimes. The back pain and chest pains however haunt me every single day, and I feel like they are ruining my life. Some days my body feels very weak and just getting dressed sometimes seems like a huge task, so when it comes to cleaning, cooking, shopping or doing anything major at times scares me because I feel like I just do not have the energy for it. My husband redeploys back to the Middle East this coming Summer which will only leave me and my youngest Son at home. Just the very thought of it scares the heck out of me, because I feel like I am too weak these days to run the house on my own. So I wish that there was a quicker way to get healthy again. I had my Thyroid removed due to a multinodular goiter back in 2005, and was put on Synthroid. I have always wanted to try Armour, but we are a military family and the Army does not carry Armour, so I'm stuck with Synthroid. I was wondering, if there is anything that I should do differently on this diet beings I can not give up my Synthroid. Last year it was discovered that I also have Fibroids intramural, I have really tremendous painful periods and bleed during sexual intercourse. Nothing has been done to take care of this either. Yes my body is a mess LOL. I also have a history of suffering tremendous pain through out my entire upper body only minutes after consuming any form of alcohol, so have often wondered if I have Hodgkin's Disease (Lymphoma). I have tried in the past to enquire with the Medical side of the Military into this situation, but it has been basically like trying to pull teeth to get anywhere with them. They just seem to not care about family medical problems. I know on this diet that one must not consume alcohol, so I haven't been touching it. My mother had lung cancer that metastasized to brain cancer, and I am very scared that I will endure the same fate. I have had many tests done over the years, however nothing has been found. My next step is to ask them to enquire about Hodgkin's. Any advice about the diet for me would be appreciated if I have to do anything different beings I have no Thyroid, and what you think about my case. I was also analyzed as having Fibromyalgia back in 1997. I have never been on any form of meds for my disease, besides Motrin, once prednizone for a week, and a couple of times antibiotics. God Bless and thank you for being one of God's Angels trying to help people. Hugs, Carol
