white spots and cramping lower legs

Hi Bee,

before I began your program in past 1.5 months, I had been following a diet

fairly close - food wise.

I am going at it again as you know, taking my time with the evco this time.

I am in Orlando, and was hoping very much, that the trials I had done with tea

tree oil and topical antifungals and nizoral shampoo on my body would have

helped the white spots I got all over my arms and legs since getting fairly

tanned in Florida over a year ago.

Well, just noticing because I was in the sun a bit today and quite hot here, that

nope, all the white spots are there, melanin free and totally stark white

against my other skin which is darkening from tan.

All over my legs and arms, and maybe a couple on my back.

But on my legs there are hundreds on non pigmented small spots of white.

Do you know what are the different things besides fungus (which I had sort of

hoped it was so the treatments above would have cured them and they'd tan again)

that can cause this?

I'veheard of B12 deficiencies doing this, but cannot find pics of what that

would look like, are there other reasons you know ? My skin looks all mottled,

not smooth and nice, seems freckly and lots of white spots, which I never had

before the past 2 years.

Also, I'm trying to drink enough, even though I get odd burning from water esp

with my tiny amounts of cal/magn/vit c in it, I mean a pinch of each just trying

to get these into me as i drink during day,

but the severe and I mean severe like tetany leg cramps have returned.

Seems eventhough I stopped the pinch of cal and just tried mag/vit c it still is

a problem. I feel it might even be the celtic salt I'm taking, I had my

allowance of sea salt then ate some cheat chips which of course had more salt,

do you think my potassium might be thrown off?

It's not unusual for me to get lots of heart palpitations inthe heat too, or any

exertion esp in the heat.

Thanks very much for your support,

Tina
