Do you advise that I wait to do it until I'm totally on the program? If so, how long should I be on it before I get it removed? Also, can you make any suggestions for what I should do pre and post removal to help make sure that I'm flushing any mercury out that I might ingest during the process? > I recently had a hair mineral analysis that showed extremely high levels of mercury and aluminum. I also have advanced adrenal fatigue and have become so sick over the past year that I have had to move home to my parents. +++Hi Beth. After you are completely healthy you can get your filling changed, but that will be some time yet. Do not become overly concerned about your filling in the meantime. It is of little consequence to your overall health. +++Please do not rely on hair mineral analysis to determine your minerals levels. There are so many nutrients on my program that improve mineral utilization and the high good fats even get rid of heavy metals, so just let the program work for you. Adrenal fatigue is very common when you are unhealthy, and again there are many things on this program which improve adrenal health. Ensure you are taking 1.l5 teaspoons of good ocean sea salt per day, which is very important for the adrenals - measure it out in the morning and split taking it between 3 meals. Also do regular deep breathing exercises to switch your body over from running on its fight/flight nervous system to its healing nervous system. When your body is on its fight/flight mode it overworks the adrenals and exhausts them: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php > >> Thank you for everything that you do Bee and for your advice on this matter. +++You are very welcome my friend!
