And yogurt for kids, they all have sugar/fruit flavors. Recommendations for babies and children's doses and kinds of supplements are in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/baby.php Here's the Section you need from that article, but it is a good idea to read all of it: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/baby.php#b7 > > Will having her on most of the plan help her or is it an all or nothing thing? +++It is all or nothing since her body requires the same nutrients we need in order to heal and detoxify itself, i.e. get healthy and maintain heal5th. > > I also stopped giving her so much fruit and now she has maybe only 1/2 a fruit every 2-3 days. > She never has fruit juices, only water and maybe 1 glass of milk every 1-2 days. > > I want her to thrive in life, I am concerned about all her itching from the baths, and I'm having it too. +++That is normal since baths pull toxins out through the skin which makes it itch. Guest guest
thank you so much Bee. So, should we perhaps try to take more baths to get these toxins out? For me personally, since I upped my evco again to having tablespoon+ at meals, I am having the most insane all over and internal crazy itchy nuts feelings. It's scaring me. I feel itchy picks tickly on every nerve ending, in palms, in vagina which I never have, all over skin burning too. I need reassurance, I am quite scared of these extreme body feelings, it wakes me from sleep with antsy jump out of my body tickling itches inside all over. For her, when I say all or nothing, I mean, will she begin to heal just taking baby steps, and not being as strict with her diet? if I do not remove all fruit, or all yogurt and bread, can she still heal/get well on this or does it have to be ultra strict. She is growing I hate to remove all her foods. I want her to be well, but can she still have slower improvements if I still give her 1/2 an apple every 3 days? or her yogurt at breakfast every other day? Or does the ocassional fruit or yogurt/bread 'cancel' out all the coconut oil, celtic salt, vitamins? I think it must be the coconut oil causing all this burning itch, because we do not eat same foods or even have same brand of water, and the only similarities are that: live in same house, take epsom salt baths togehter, take coconut oil, take celtic salt. She did have some vitc and flinstones this past week as a 'treat' and it is the week I also started vitc /cal/mag. But these are the only similarities. I think she itched from those vitamins before, last year. I upped her coconut oil too a bit. and had tripled my intake b/c it doesn't bother me when I actually swallow it, just after/all night - IF that's the culprit for the burn itch picky itches all over. Not to mention the drowsy head feeling after eating, and itchy red swollen eyes too. From what I know before, I feel very 'allergic'. I also had some of my homemade saurkraut which tasted good but seems to be adding to this most intense long lasting internal searing itch all over. it's quite maddening. don't really know what to do! But I know you say this is not the case, allergies, but rather healing. Thanks Bee, this is no small undertaking. If doing just part of the diet is no help for my daughter, I'd rather not make her suffer like this. She has been saying she is a bit itchy all over. But I know it's not as severe as mine. I've realized having MY kids eat the SAD, it will ultimately make them suffer: from poor health. I'm proud of my 14-yo daughter who is teaching herself to have bone broth; she says it's good to start new habits now. She also chose to go grain-free over Lent and is not going to go back to having grains (tho we grind our wheat and soak it via Nourishing Tradition's style). began 03/09/
