If you search the archives there have been excellent discussions of castor oil packs, enzymes and allergies. Search both Will's email address at curezone and also carol lively for enzyme info (clively) and Jay (whose email screen name currently escapes me). Just search and I think you will find so much info that you will know everything you need to know without someone repeating themselves.
