Guest guest
> > Hi Bee > > I couldnt' find what you said regarding " Real Salt " > Is it the same as Bentonite Clay in terms of being collected in toxic damps? +++Hi Juno. No, Real Salt is not collected in toxic dumps. Here's the information from the Real Salt website: Long ago in what is now Central Utah, Native Americans found a mineral-rich salt deposit from an ancient sea when they saw deer eating the soil. In 1959, Milo and Lamar Bosshardt were struggling to keep their family farm afloat when they discovered that this salt deposit extended beneath their land. They began selling the salt to local farmers for their animals and heard reports the farmers were using the salt to season their own food. People insisted this " real " salt be made available for everyday use, and the Real Salt brand was born. +++Real Salt contains 60 minerals from the land, while Celtic Ocean Sea comes from the ocean and contains over 84 minerals. I am suspicious of Real Salts' pink color, that they " claim " indicates the minerals, since ocean sea salts are grey which indicates mineral content. There are other ocean sea salts besides Celtic. > > Also, Is Soy Lecithin the same as any soy product? +++It comes from soybeans, so it is a soy product. > I know that It is a poworful binder and thus binds with metals when the body attempts to release, could you please advise? +++There are other kinds of lecithin from other sources, not just from soy. Lecithin is yellow-brownish fatty substances occurring in animal and plant tissues, and in egg yolk. It was originally discovered in egg yolk. Lecithin is extracted chemically from soy by using hexane. Hexanes are chiefly obtained by the refining of crude oil which are toxic. +++This program is the natural way to eliminate heavy metals as explained in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/mn16.php > I finally found something you said in regard to Chlorela, which was another question I had. You said it is a diuretic and so not recommended. +++Yes, that is true. I used to recommend Liquid Chlorophyll but when I found out it was high in copper and people on this program were not always taking the amount of vitamin C I recommended in order to lower copper I stopped recommending it. It is diuretic too along with chlorella, algae, green drinks, green leafy veggies, herbs, etc. In addition I had discovered the combination of good fats I recommend got rid of heavy metals anyway. Also vitamin C gets rid of heavy metals. But as I always write, all nutrients on this program all work together. All the best, Bee

I will check for Lecithin made from eggs at Whole Foods just out of curiousity, but I see more and more how I should just stick to this diet. I do wholesomely believe in fat and it's function in natural detoxification > I'm happy to know that Real Salt is at least not toxic. +++Hi Juno, Sorry, but you need to take a total of 4,000 mg of vitamin C per day. You can take 2,000 with one meal, and 1,000 with the other 2 meals, if you wish. Cheers, Bee
