Guest guest
Hi Bee and all, I started my daughter on the coconut oil at the same time as me, and switched her to celtic salt. She's been very thirsty and when we take our epsom salt baths, she is now getting insanely irritated and itchy all over, to the point of crying. I hope I didn't open a can of worms here. She is not switched over to Bee's diet b/c she is fussier as most kids are, and she still eats sandwiches mostly healthy except the bread part. And yogurt for kids, they all have sugar/fruit flavors. And the occassional bowl of noodles 1 or 2x a week. She eats lots of meat, and about 3/4 of a tsp coconut oil and celtic salt at every meal. She is having more veggies with her foods. She still has dairy. She was not ill like me, but I see signs of not being 100%, and allergies, and headaches and tummy aches here and there. I just want to know that I'm giving her the right amounts of things, she is about 45 pds. How much coconut oil can she have, or salt for her age/weight. It concerns me that since switching salts, maybe it's too much as she's quite thirst she says from all the salt. I have tried giving her some of the supplements here and there. Cod liver oil, she really didn't like, so it's about every 2nd day. Will having her on most of the plan help her or is it an all or nothing thing? I also stopped giving her so much fruit and now she has maybe only 1/2 a fruit every 2-3 days. She never has fruit juices, only water and maybe 1 glass of milk every 1-2 days. I want her to thrive in life, I am concerned about all her itching from the baths, and I'm having it too. But that's the least of my worries, my other sx are so much worse. Please advise for my daughter? Thank you so much, Tina
