fermented to work in terms of balancing hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Can I

saute green cabbage in some coconut butter as a side dish and get equal results

from that?

+++Hi ,

Sauteing it would not cook it well enough, since it must be well-cooked in order

to help. I haven't checked how long it takes for cabbage to be well-cooked, but

I think it would take almost as long as it takes to cook Swiss Chard which is

45-50 minutes. I suggest you cook it in water.
