See Bee's previous advice on this issue below. /message/90313 Tama, be certain to start on all the supplements once you received them. Also can try Epsom salt baths or hot baths to minimize discomfort. You may also considering having Parsley Tea. But no more than 7 days. Here is the recipe for Parsley Tea. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/recipe314.php Also Tama, Please ensure you read these two important articles so you know what you need to do and why: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php And be sure to familiarize yourself with allowed foods and supplements. Kidney issues like that are mainly caused by a lack of, or an imbalance, of minerals, particularly all of the minerals in good ocean sea salt. So see how you do after you're getting 1.5 tsp. of sea salt per day and also the cal/mag supplements - it may take 5-7 days for your body to rebalance itself. Also minerals can only be utilized if you are getting all of the good fats in combination as on my program, including cod liver oil, butter, coconut oil, and other natural occurring fats from animals and eggs. In the meantime apply some heat to your kidney area to help with the pain, and also massage both kidneys with the tips of your fingers, gently in circular motions. All the best, Bee
