I think it is just really hard in the beginning. It was hard for me to do

anything in the beginning. Once you body switches over to utilizing the fats,

you will feel mch better.

I am 5'4 " and an average day would be 2-3 eggs or the egg drink for breakfast. I

usually have the previous night's left overs for lunch, which would consist of a

half to whole piece of meat (your average sized pork chop or single serving

steak) with a small portion of veggies or sauerkraut, and dinner would be pretty

equivalent to lunch. It may just take some time to get up to the higher volume

of fats. I find a couple of spoonfuls of ghee sprinkled with salt will help to

get me to the next meal. Hang in there, things get better. :)

depressed, constantly crying, lethargic and unable to focus at times. I am also

very hungry and do not want to cheat on junk so I have extra veggies. Can

someone that is 5'2 let me know a daily sample menu they follow? Sometimes I'm

so lethargic and tired that I can't do anything. I am not really measuring my

foods at this time yet. However, if someone could let me know the size of

protein and how many cups of vegetables they have. I would greatly appreciate

it.
