egg drink and constipation

Hi

I started working part-time in Oct 2010 and I like to take the egg drink with me

for lunch 'cos it's very convenient and quickly consumed. I usually have it for

breakfast too on the days I work (4 days). I don't usually have it any other

days for the sake of some variety. My problem is I'm convinced it's causing

constipation and I'm not sure if that's because I'm having it twice a day on

those 4 days or whether it's my proportions that are wrong (4 eggs, 1 1/4 cups

water, 2 Tbs each CO and ghee, sea salt , touch of stevia or yeast flakes). I

am going to cut it down to 3 eggs and have it only for lunch and see if that

makes a difference, but I have experimented and I know for sure that it is the

culprit. I don't want to cut it out as that will mean coming up with lunch

ideas! Any thoughts? Priya
