Is this a bad idea as I feel ok the next day in morning but then after I take my morning supplements I feel extra tired. Should you always take it with some ratio of calcium? > +++Hi , Welcome to our group. You can take small amounts of magnesium without taking calcium, but it should only be about 150-200 mg. I recommend taking your 2nd dose of calcium and magnesium supplements 1 to 1/2 hour before bedtime to help you sleep, with an egg which digests fairly quickly. Also taking an Epsom salt bath helps since your body will absorb some magnesium from it. Read How to Improve Insomnia (Sleep) for other helpful ideas: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/sleep1.php Feeling tired after taking your morning supplements is not because you took magnesium the night before. It is common to feel tired after meals and taking supplements, since your body uses a lot of energy to digest and absorb them, and also because nutrition helps your body detoxify itself. When your body detoxifies it releases a lot of toxins that can make you feel very tired, like you are drugged, which usually decreases as you progress on this program. Acidophilous is a bacteria not an antifungal per se. However, you will read more on this from the below linked article.
