Guest guest
I am sleeping 11 or so hours a day. I could sleep more if I let myself. I feel very emotional and I cry. I feel very dissatisfied but I am not sure why. I am so unmotivated. My period's are also coming every 3 weeks now. I am 40 yrs old. My mom, grandma and great grandma all were into menopause by 38 and 39. I think I am right there too. People are noticing because I now cry at inappropriate times. In the morning I feel like I have been drugged. It is harder to get going. On a good note, my body is not packing on the pounds and I seem to have slowed down with the weight gain. My appetite is slowing down too. Thank goodness. Hope this stays this way because I have had to buy new pants. Shelby

It is also normal to get emotional as your body heals itself which is explained in this article - scroll down to Emotional Healing Reactions: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/sleep1.php It is good to get those emotion out, so do not try to stop them. Just go with the flow and eventually those emotions will not happen. As with anything else, " this too shall pass. " You may be starting menopause, but also women's periods can change on this program because your body is adjusting its hormone levels too. You feel like you are drugged in the morning because your body detoxifies itself more at night. This will also decrease as you progress towards health. So hang in there my friend and take one day at a time. It is good to keep a journal of your symptoms, reactions and emotions, so in future you can look back and see how far you have progressed. In the meantime, I have a big shoulder and you can cry on it all you wish, but I wish I could be there in person. Healing hugs, Bee
