Guest guest
Hi Bee, I am able to reach the upper limit of 30,000IU of vitamin a and 1,200IU of vitamin d, which I prefer, if I take one tablespoon of Garden of Life cod liver oil and 1 and a half capsules of halibut liver oil. However, the halibut liver oil pills are so tiny that it is difficult to split them. Can I just take two of them? I would be taking 35,000IU of vitamin A and 1,400IU of vitamin D. Would taking this amount require that I adjust other supplements? Thank you Bee, kelly
