Guest guest
> Hi Bee and Moms, My daughter just turn 5 and she has eczema since infant. She is been drinking raw milk since 6 mo. old and her eczema was once cleared up for a long period of time until she consumed homemade whole grain sourdough bread for lunch as sandwitch for months, her skin broke out and had infection in June last yr. +++Hi Wanda. All skin abnormalities and eruptions are toxins coming out, and an infection is created by the body itself in order to help get rid of toxins - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/nature3.php after reading the Breaking The Vicious Cycle book, i cut out starch, gluten & sugar (except a little honey) for her, oh and milk too, am thinking of adding it back to her diet. +++That's good you cut out those things. You should also eliminate honey. Since Jan. 2011, her food intakes are: butter, bone broth, eggs with coconut oil, meats with some light color veggies hidden in it, fruits, almond flour cookies (with stevia pwd. & a tiny bit of honey) and bread. +++Fruits are one of the worst sugars for the body because of how it processes fructose. She itches every night on both legs and hands. It was quite severe and had to use Egyptian magic cream which works very well on eczema. now she is getting a little better and coconut oil works fine. +++There are no quick fixes since it is obvious her body is not able to detoxify and heal like it should. She is allergic to most tree nuts and citric fruits but she is OK with almonds. +++The whole allergies issue is false, but because she is " supposedly " allergic to bad foods like tree nuts and fruits I won't get into it. You can read articles about it here: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_1.php 1. Since she thrives on raw milk. Should I add raw milk back to her diet? If my DD drinks raw milk, she might not eat so much nut cookies and nut bread (Bee, How unhealthy are the nuts that you took them off your pgm?). if it is OK, How much raw milk should she drink? What about pasteurized cream? yogurt or kefir? 2. She is 5yr. old, 42.75 " tall, weights 46lbs (her dr. wants her to lose weight). What is the food ratios for her ? 3. My son is 7 yr. old, 48 " tall, weights 48lbs. What ratio is for him? 4. My son has itchy nose. Is there anything to apply topically to stop the itchy? 5. Moms, What do you feed to your children? +++No, please do not add raw milk, cream, yogurt or kefir, nor give your children any nuts, seeds or grains of any kind. It is well-known they are extremely difficult for anyone to digest, even when healthy, and children have a particularly bad time with them. All grains, nuts and seeds must be properly prepared to make them fit for any humans as explained in my articles: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods18.php But when a person is unhealthy like your children are, they shouldn't have any of dairy except butter and no grains, nuts, and seeds of any kind. I won't spend time calculating your children's ratios yet, since they must be completely on the program first. You should put your children on my Candida Program, which has proved to be an overall healing program that helps people get healthy, including babies and children. Moms on this group are putting their babies and children on this program and obviously it works - see these Success Stories: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php So start by reading these two important articles: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php Here's another article for babies and children: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/baby.php After reading you will understand why your children are not doing well, and what you need to do and why. After reading get back to us with questions. The best in health, Bee
