Of course oils and fats need all of the other nutrients on this program in order to be processed by your body, including vitamins, minerals (ocean sea salt and calcium/magnesium), foods, etc. Ocean sea salt is just like tears from your eyes and other fluids throughout the body so they could never be harmful. By only taking 1/5 teaspoon of it per day you aren't getting enough; you need 1.5 teaspoons per day, which also help your liver and lymphatic system. By still taking krill oil you are causing your liver and health more problems because it is much too powerful as explained in my article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/krill.php Is using it up more important than getting healthy? , the bottom line is that you are not on my program, so as I've advised many times, I am unable to advise you because your reactions and symptoms will not be predictable. Get back to me when you are completely on my program for at least 2 months and then I'll be able to advise you. The best in health, Bee
