I've never tried the epsom salts but after reading the benefits, I plan

on incorporating

it into my next Cleanse.....

Does it work as well if you take the salts in the gelatin capsules....??

Someone mentioned doing that and I like that idea...........

I can't see why taking the epson salts in the capsules would be any

different, for me, they seem to work quite well. You do, as far as I know,

have to buy the gelatin capsules and put the salts in yourself and it takes

about 15 capsules to make about 1 tablespoon, so tedium might stop you from

trying it this way but it does work!
