Hi Bee,

Thank you for the info. I'm off the Melatonin and the 5-htp now. By the way, I

think it caused even more shortness of breath for me. It's been about 2 nights

since I've taken it and my breathing is a bit better now.

I bought some Calms Fort and will give that a try when I am brave enough... The

shortness of breath from melotonin kind of scared me to try anything new.
