Guest guest
Hi Bee First off, thanks for the informative messages you send out. It's a big help regarding candida and what to do and such. I did have a question for you. Is dehydrated food ok to eat on the Candida Diet? I don't eat the dried fruit but found a Raw Flat Bread made from onion and other seeds that is great for breakfast and since we can't have any bread this seems to be a great substitute. If you get a chance please give me your opinion on this. Thanks! am From: beeisbuzzing2003@... I recommend that all of you read it since it contains a lot " eye opening " information. It also explains the " true " causes candida/yeast, and why they are the " result of " , and not the " cause of " diseases as we have all been led to believe by modern medicine! Modern Medicine deceived us by creating new words and terms, with definitions, in order to make us believe antibiotics killed bugs, and antifungal drugs killed candida/yeast, which is totally false! These new terms and words included die-off symptoms and reactions, antibiotic, antifungal, probiotic, etc. Here's the link to How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Knowledge is Power! The reason is due to the fact they are harder to digest and people with Candida tend to have impaired digestion in varying degrees. Furthermore, dehydrated foods pull the moisture out which makes the molecules pack closer together, making them very hard to digest, since digestion has to pull the molecules apart. Moreover, seeds are considered a carbohydrate and are also difficult to digest. Thus not recommended neither. Hope this has been of assistance.
