Guest guest
Hi Theresa, Bee doesn't recommend sunblock. Here is an article about the subject: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/mn31.php I use coconut oil on my skin and expose myself gradually (I carry an umbrella if I need to be outside for several hours) and my skin gets a nice deep tan. Prior to starting Bee's diet and doing this method, my skin would burn. Group Moderator > > Hi Bee: Can you tell me which sunblock you recommend using? Guest guest
I hadn't thought about it until reading this, but it seems I don't burn as easy as I did before.
Guest guest
Hi Theresa, Just to add, I went outside without sunblock (I used to use some natural sunblock) and burnt myself really badly. You must start out with very little exposure, I'd say 10 minutes with even exposure. Like laying down with even sun exposure, and then flip to expose your backside and then no more! I was sitting and chatting with someone and burnt my shoulders and legs quite badly. It happened pretty fast. Learn from my mistake! yikes > > > > Hi Bee: Can you tell me which sunblock you recommend using?
