hi bee,

ever since having my 3rd child, i have experienced anal fissures and hemorroids

on and off. they come and go, only when i get constipated do they get worse.

in the past, stool softners helped, along with aloe vera gel or vitamin e.

do you have any other suggestions for healing the anal fissure? do i make sure

i'm eating enough fiber? how do i make my stools soft?

this is so frustrating but i know i can be cured!

thanks and God bless,

crissy

+++Hi Crissy,

Actually the body itself creates hemorrhoids in order to help heal the area.

Fiber is the worst thing for the digestive system as these articles explain:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu3_2_2.php

And all plant foods (carbs) contain fiber, which is the cellulose in their cell

walls that encloses the cells. Our bodies aren't capable of digesting fiber

like animals who eat plants do, i.e. cows, so having it causes many digestive

issues.

1) Fibers make the digestive system move too quickly, so there isn't time for

nutrients to be absorbed.

2) Fibers stretch out the intestines and doesn't require muscles to work and

move like they should, so muscles become weak.

3) Fibers are indigestible, so the intestines must create bacteria and yeast in

order to break them down, which causes gas, bloating, and digestive issues like

IBS, Crohn's Disease, and so on and on.

Read this Chapter in the Fiber Menace Book to understand this more:

http://www.gutsense.org/fibermenace/fm_chapter1.html

So all plant foods/carbs, including vegetables, spice and herbs must be

well-cooked so their cell walls are broken down as this article explains:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/veg3.php

For those reasons you should go on my 9-Day Program, only having well-cooked

carbs. However you need to stay on only liquid and pureed foods for much longer

than 2 days, but after 9 days of clear water enemas only do enemas every 5 days.

Some people need to stay on liquid and pureed foods for a couple of months, and

sometimes much longer.

At the same time it is important to get enough of the good fats on my program,

so you need to calculate your ratios - see this:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods8.php

In the meantime apply unrefined coconut oil to your fissures 3 times a day, do

an Epsom salt bath once a day, and stick to the diet.

Let me know how it you are doing on all liquid and pureed foods.

All the best, Bee
