I have lost weight everywhere else; my rings even are looser but any ideas why my face is bloating... is it just detoxing...its not sinus issues... I am taking about 4 tbs. of coconut oil a day and probably about 4-5 tbs of olive oil a day. Also taking the 1tsp and a half a day of sea salt but in addition to that I also salt my food pretty moderately. I am having very slow bowel movements/constipation but have ordered enema and organic coffee grinds and plan on using them shortly. I have been strict on the diet for only the past 5 days prior to that it was about three weeks of 60% on diet.. cup of coffee here and there and piece of chocolate every other day...were my only cheats I have been on all the supplements for the past month and a half however I will admit that I do have difficulty getting the ratios exact for the calcium and magnesium. I just purchased the powder form of the mag from iherb- and wondered how much do individuals take of the powdered mag and also the powdered calcium which I have not bought yet but am contemplating to assist in getting the exact ratios. Measure out 1.5 tsp in the morning and use it divided into 3 meals. There is a good reason why you've lost water throughout your body and it's still in your face, but it is nothing to be concerned about. I suspect it is because you've gotten a lot of toxins on your face, in your mouth, and your head area, so the cell walls in your face are more rigid/stiff which takes longer to be corrected.
