Thanks for your help w this..... > +++Hi there. Is your name Lindsi? Usually people who are unhealthy do get breathiness because they and their bodies are under a great deal of stress, making the body run on its fight/flight nervous system. The best treatment to help that, is to do deep breathing exercises whenever you get breathy so your body switches over to its more healing nervous system: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php It will take time, patience and persistence on this program to get your body to run more on it's healing nervous system which involves many factors. Guest guest
Hi Lindsi, I have this too. Its not every day but I get it often and it will get better with the diet. Sometimes I even feel like there's a knot in my stomach right underneath the breastbone. It is a very uncomfortable feeling but hang in there because it does releive and eventually fade away. Do you smoke? > +++Hi Carol, Smoking doesn't cause breathiness anyway. If the cell membranes in the lungs are constructed as Nature intended, out of 100% saturated fats, even smoking wouldn't harm anyone, since smoke does not go into the construction of cells; nutrients are what goes into their construction. Breathiness is mainly caused by your body running on its fight/flight nervous system because your body and you are very stressed by being unhealthy so it is important to do everything you can to relax, and to do regular deep breathing exercises, particularly when you begin to feel breathy: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php Bee
