Guest guest
Members, I've noted similarities between the diet here and that of the " Primal Blueprint " . I was looking at purchasing the " Primal Blueprint cookbook " for suitable recipes unders Bee's program. Any opinions on differences between Bee's diet and the Primal diet? Any opinions / insights on how recipes might be ammended to fit with Bee's diet? Thanks and regards
Guest guest
I'll be watching this thread as I love Mark's site and am currently reading his book Primal Blueprint. I don't think he is as strict as Bee on carbs, etc as he advocates eating fruit. His beef and broccoli recipe on his blog, is to die for.. > > Members, > > I've noted similarities between the diet here and that of the " Primal > Blueprint " . Guest guest
I own this cookbook and I love it. most recipes can be easily adapted to bee's diet--it's already low glycemic and low carb. None of the recipes are very complex, and there are hardly any obscure or exotic ingredients to track down. Or sometimes i just consult the recipes for the basic framework of how to construct the flavor profile and then work with what I have on hand or what's allowed in my current candida diet. But also see the 200+ recipes on my website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/index.php Also there's a lot of great recipes on my Candida Recipes Group - when I get time I post them on my website: Recipes_For_Candida_Healing/ Cheers, Bee
