I too was on the program for a year and then slipped into some old habits. I

didn't think the diet was working. But then I started to feel much worse. My

husband who always thought my health wasn't connected to diet told me to go back

on Bee's diet. So here I am back on it, started Jan 1. If you need any support

or encouragement, I'm here!

I hope if you did the diet successfully for a year, took a few months off, how

that works in terms of you healing... Hmm
