Hi All:

I am a new to this, so I am a little unclear about the liver and GB

cleansing. I was diagnosed with Gallbladder stones about 2 years ago.

My doctor said that I had to have the Gallbladder removed. I opted

out of the surgery and told my Doctor that I would control my diet.

Well, I did not get any of the pain attacks till about 4 months ago,

which landed me at the hospital. They did chest x-rays, EKG, and an

ultrasound. Positive for Gall stones. 2 months ago I payed a visit to

my physician and told me to get an opinion from the surgeon. I did

and was told that I had to have the surgery, or the pain can get

worse and lead to lodged stones in the vile duct. Since then, I have

started to do research on my own regarding the Gallbladder and the

stone formation. I am not a fan of natural medicine, but will give it

a try if there is substancial evidence.

I proceeded to do the cleansing this past week. I started on

Wednesday by drinking a quart of apple juice up until Friday. I ate

light on these days. Friday afternoon, did a light enema. Saturday, I

had some fruit and water in the a.m. hours. Did another enema before

starting with the Epsom salts(is there anything that can taste worse

than this?)

Got past the night and into the day, waking to the Epsom salts

ingestion. Had several bowel movements after about 1 hour. I had

placed a strainer in the toilet seat to capture these demons. I layed

them out on a paper towel after rinsing them. They were soft and

almost sphere shaped. I am not sure if they are the stone or not? How

can I know for sure if they are the stones or not? According to the

reads, they are supposed to be hard, like a stone! Was it the apple

juice that made them soft or ? Please help in clearing this. I am

ready to do another cleansing, but would like to be sure that they

are.
