Back from traveling

Hi Bee,

I just got back from a 2 week trip to Europe and even though had an amazing time

am not feeling well now. I did what I could with the diet but still was limited

with my choices. I haven't cheated in over 9 weeks and I think my body did a lot

of healing in that time and now I'm detoxing like crazy.

I knew this would happen but I didn't really have much of a choice being with

tour groups and having limtied choices of what I could eat. I did what I could

but it still has effected me a lot.

I'm back on completely starting yesterday. I'd like to do the 9 day program but

just can't stomach any veggies right now. The only thing I can stomach is the

egg drink but even that is hard. Should I try the 9 day with veggies? Or maybe

just do the all meats and fats for a few weeks? I haven't done any additional

treatments yet just because I don't want to overwhelm my body. I've taken one

Epsom Salt bath but that's it.

Anyway, I can feel the stress my body is under right now both emotionally and

physically. I'm just very bummed that I may not be able to travel anymore. I

don't want to feel like this as it's not worth it. But makes me pretty depressed

about the situation. I just need to move past it but a lot of emotions are

coming out now.

You can have the Egg Drink every meal for up to 2 weeks if you wish, along with

supplements of course. Or all the egg drink and meats and fats is okay too but

make sure you get 80% fats and 20% protein by calorie count, not in grams as

instructed on my all meat and fat program:
