Hello everyone! What a wonderful group. I am new to this group and Candida

information. I put myself on the diet, after I got thrush and the nystatin

didn't clear it up(it came right back).

My diet consisted of candy sweets, and eating a meal twice a day. I had no

energy, chronic sinus problems,bloating,constipation,very negative

thoughts, anxiety, peripheral neuralgia, restless legs, and somedays I felt as if

my central nervous system was off. Like I could'nt walk right(very weird

feeling). I felt pain in my left kidney, and had a physical done, but results

were normal. I literally felt like I was dying, and going mad! I am 29, and

pretty small.

When I don't eat sugar the depression is gone, and so are most of the symptoms.

Last night I had bloating constipation, and a terrible sinus headache. I think

it's Candida die off?

I don't know if I have Celiac's disease too, or another form of gluten

intolerance. I cut it all out, and my ears are even hurting. I think I must have

had a bad case(with all my symptoms), and I have been CRAVING sugar.

I developed psoriasis on my elbows and knees, my hair is dry and brittle. I

have seen improvement, but also experienced headaches. So, I'm sorry to rattle

on, it's just my husband thinks I'm imagining these things, and my doctor just

wants to keep pumping the antifungals.

My other question was can you gain weight on this diet?I have out on two pounds.

I don't know if its from only going once a day, or water weight. I have been

eating(and supplementing), very healthy. Alot of the meats and butter, veggies,

coconut oil. Everything on the list. Does this sound like Candida, or gluten or

both? Also can you gain weight on this diet, or is it to early to tell?

Thank you. ~
