Guest guest
I always spend time each morning planning my meals for the day, even though when I am on the truck it is the same thing, I usually just change up my lunches. I can copy over the meals from the day before, so it doesn't take much work. But it's important to me to stay on top of it, to make it my TOP priority of the day. I don't think of it as carved in stone. At the end of the day, I review it, make any adjustments needed, review the average calories for the month and think about anything I can do to improve things along the way. Years ago, I use write my food log in a book which I obsessed over being PERFECT. I don't know why I did that, I couldn't stand writing down that I have overeaten something! Now, it doesn't matter what or how much I eat, it gets logged. After getting over the discomfort of seeing the high calorie days, I realized that in the end, it all averages out. I checked my average since last Sept, and it was 1284 per day for the 278 days I have been on my diet. That includes the holidays and home-times. I like seeing the big picture! Lol. I think you will see how important it is to be honest and faithful to your meal planning. You know, my grandmother use to sit down at the table every morning after everyone left for work and school and work out the menu for dinner and then we went shopping for the food. In Denmark, we shopped every day for food, as we didn't have the food storage we have today. Our "icebox" was a wooden box built into the wall and was very small. Anyways....meal planning use to be very important and I think it still should be. Eating according to whim leaves too much temptation, as RS would say! annh 307/249/157 My Weight Loss Journal: The Little Bowl -- Starting Over I am giving up my daily scale habit.. It is not good mentally for me and kinda obessed with checking it so many times a day. I will weigh every 2 weeks and planned menus as well. I made the wrong food choices, binging this past week with ice cream. I already planned my menu for Sunday and my start weight is 350. I need to be patient. My goal for this week.... stay on plan, plan my daily menu ahead. Have a nice day. Liliann
Guest guest
I was on the list in the past. Have lyme, babesia, now realize I was also living in a house with toxic black mold. Since moving my symptoms went from better to worse.. In mold house problems even using arms.. they turned to lead... here not so much a problem with this.. in mold house, sinus to brain inflammation directly from dust that would lead to a fast and severe depression, just falling apart.. I could feel my sinus inflammed (not closed up but inflammed) and my brain as well and would logically tell myself as it seems switches were turning off that this is inflammation and I am not going craZy. Here MORE inflammation but less severe.. its like my entire head becomes filled with fluid and I also have nerve sparks in the back of my head and into spine. I am hoping this is my body reacting to fungus dying off.. sugar which I had taken up again to a limited amount I think can trigger this. Nasal sprays can trigger it with OLE and GSE. My tongue can have a thin white coating.. one time it was pretty thick.. I lose my balance.. is this mormal for fungal die off? Nerves feel frayed like wires actually frayig not like just being nervous. I have one of Dr Ritchie Shoemakers identified HLA types that suposedly do not allow for the creattion of enzymes to break down mycotoxins. I started cholesteramine and felt much better.. more stable and muscle pains, burning senstations went away.. but I thik it caused stomach and possibly gall bladder inflammtion and possible a harsh dump of mycotoxins. Ive been a wreck since this happened and of course am off the CSM. Im wondering if the symptoms I listed can be from fungal die off. Its so hard to tell with lyme being in the picture. I am re reading the info here.. realizing diet itself can be enough to cause fungus to die off. I have nasal polyps and opaqueness in sinus cavity.. Im wpondering if polyps can carry fungus and what to do about this damage.. everytime my sinueses inflamme it goes right to my brain. Mty daughter is very yeasty and I suspect my son is to a lesser extent. My daughter can at times have a very thick yellow layer of what I am thinking is fungus in the middle of her tongue. Kids are on a limited sugar diet and planning to limit more. Diff when I am not stable at all. They are doing well despite fungus whic did show up in stool cultures and handle probiotics and antigungals well.. ? Thank you for any insight.. Nerves feel frayed like wires actually frayig not like just being nervous. +++Hi Robin. Welcome back. I'm so glad you moved out of the moldy house. +++Fungus does not die-off anyway, which I learned a lot about in the last few months. Die-off is a term the medical industry fabricated in order to make us believe that antibiotic and antifungal drugs were actually killing off bugs - see my article which explains it: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/help1.php In fact no bacteria, fungus (like candida and cancer) can actually be killed. It just doesn't work that way. They are only cured by getting healthy, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements), 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer), 3) Eliminating damaging foods, and 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When you are healthy enough your body will automatically " make " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) change back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. +++Robin, what you are actually experiencing are detoxifying symptoms and reactions which also makes your nerves feel frayed. > > I have one of Dr Ritchie Shoemakers identified HLA types that suposedly do not allow for the creattion of enzymes to break down mycotoxins. When there's toxins the body needs to handle it creates bacteria and/or fungus to either neutralize them (change them so they are less damaging) or minimize its affects and to help get rid of them. Often people with nasal polyps also have candida. > Mty daughter is very yeasty and I suspect my son is to a lesser extent. By the way, I removed taking probiotics and even natural antifungals on my program - I'm still re-writing my antifungal article, but here's Why You Do Not Need Probiotics Supplements: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/probiotic1.php +++Be sure to start on my program gradually, following Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php You can't go wrong following Nature's Laws on Health so your body can heal itself naturally. If you wish to know more about each and their applications, see below : Oil of Oregano http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/anti6.php Clove oil http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/anti1.php However, neither Oil of Oregano nor Clove oil kill off Candida. Candida cannot be killed off, it slowly changes back from aggressive form of Candida to the friendly form of Candida. This is accomplished through continual healing reactions which transforms the immune system back to its normal healthy state. Coconut oil actually boost the body's metabolism which helps with weight loss and may also increase your energy. It is an antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral, has anti-tumor properties and helps support your immune system. Again it does not kill Candida, nothing does. Probiotics have been removed from Bee's Candida Program because the body is smart enough to create any probiotics required, when, and if, needed, just like it balances out all nutrients if given " proper nutrients " . Guest guest
Hi Ed, Thank you. Im all for understanding the terrain theory and hope it to be true since using abx has not worked for me with lyme and the terrain theory very much appeals to me. That said.. I am having a difficult time understanding how something can be an " antifungal " and not kill fungus.. We have antibiotics that supposedly kill bacteria (bacteriocidal) and some that lmit growth, reproduction ( bacteriostatic). ? How do the herbs act? How does this morphing take place specifically? I know some substances act as quorum silencers.. cranberry does this for e coli. Whats the purpose of using the herbs? What are they doing if not killing.. how do they help morph the environment and the fungus? Im wondering what is meant bby " anti " fungal, viral, bacterial? I can see morphing back.. though i wonder about the numbers.. do these morph back but in higher numbers are acvailable to morph back to fungus and or some other bug.. any other bug that might present a problem.. ? When someone uses a drug antifungal.. they are not killing off the bodies that have become fungus.. whats happeneing to them? then what is a die off reation.I know its in Bees files but I am having problems comprehending some of this. Is it the body throwing off toxins? As for probiotics.. I was wondering if there was a shred of healthy bacteria remaining that could reflourish on its own in the right terrain.. that would be nice. I can see problems with taking probiotics. What is then the role of ferments in the protocol. Is that to boost the system, to give a helping hand to the good bacteria that is already there? Whats the diff between a pill and a living food besides living food would seem naturally better.. ? Thank you.. The reason you are having difficulty understanding is because the medical industry fabricated words like antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral, antiparasitic and even die-off symptoms in order to make us believe their drugs/toxins could actually help us, when they are doing the opposite and just suppressing symptoms and putting more poisons into our bodies. +++They actually use many different kinds of funguses to make antibiotics and antifungal drugs, one of which is penicillin - you can do internet searches to find many others made from funguses. So they are duping us into believing something that is totally false, they focus on treating the " results " of poor health rather than on the " causes " which are lack of nutrients, oxygen, too many toxins, damaging foods, stresses, and nutritional status acquire from parents upon conception. > > We have antibiotics that supposedly kill bacteria (bacteriocidal) and some that lmit growth, reproduction ( bacteriostatic). ? > > How do the herbs act? How does this morphing take place specifically? +++Herbs can be used just like doctors use drugs, so they can also interfere with natural healing processes, however they aren't toxic like drugs are. But believing they actually can kill off bugs is crazy since the body itself creates all bugs it needs in order to clean itself up, mainly of poisons or because the body is unhealthy and not able to detoxify like it should. Herbs can be taken to assist for short periods of time, but long-term never works since it is mainly " proper nutrients " that give the body the materials it needs to repair, rebuild and detoxify itself at a cellular level. +++The morphing takes place because now the body has to get rid of poisons so it creates whatever bugs it needs in order to do that. If different bacteria don't work the body changes the bacteria into fungus/candida and eventually into cancer - see this article which explains it all, and also the diagram of the Life Cycle of Bugs: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/germ12.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/soma1.php > > I know some substances act as quorum silencers.. cranberry does this for e coli. > > Whats the purpose of using the herbs? Is it the body throwing off toxins? +++Die-off are actually normal body reactions which includes its effort to maintain its health, which includes healing and detoxifying reactions. > > As for probiotics.. I was wondering if there was a shred of healthy bacteria remaining that could reflourish on its own in the right terrain.. that would be nice. I can see problems with taking probiotics. +++Yes, your body is smart enough to reflourish/create any probiotics it needs when, and IF, they are needed. > > What is then the role of ferments in the protocol. Is that to boost the system, to give a helping hand to the good bacteria that is already there? Whats the diff between a pill and a living food besides living food would seem naturally better.. ? +++Ferments are simply foods that are pre-digested and nothing else. Probiotics, whether live or not, are made up of protein, fat and carbs. Your body doesn't say " oh, this is a probiotic so I won't digest it like I do any other protein, fat or carb since it should be saved for the large colon to add to the 'supposed' good bacteria there. " Instead it digests it like it does any foods. All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi, " mittyume " . You know, I was under a tremendous amount of stress and gained back around 1/2 a size because I was comforting myself with chocolate. I'm still stress/comfort eating, but less, and fit my pants again mostly... but I realized reading your post something interesting. You were on track with healthy eating, felt great, and then de-railed when the scale didn't budge. I, on the other hand, have discovered that although the scale IS moving, and I'm eating less of the chocolate when I do emotionally eat, I feel pretty awful afterward as in blood sugar... You said you hate yourself right now and you can't be kind to yourself. I have been listening to 's podcast just this past weekend on how we need to accept ourselves in order to change. I realize that when I'm " comforting " myself with chocolate and pass a certain point, it's no longer comforting--it's a punishment for the earlier comforting and I don't feel good. So on Valentine's Day, I think it's nice if we can do some self-love--or at least non-self-hate, and stop short of anything that makes us feel bad, and focus on feeling good instead!
