The problem I have however is that I use the same amount of coconut oil to fry my staff and no longer drink it with the meal. I now start getting constipated. That is (based on Bee's info) due to lack of fat. But how do I calculate fat??? taking too much is also bad. Do I include coconut oil fat which I use for cooking in my calculations or not? +++Hi. Is your name ? What boiled diet are you talking about? Taking too much fat is not bad at all! The fats I recommend are automatically thrown off by your body when it gets more than it can handle at a time. Have you ever been constipated in the past, before this program? You should measure how much you use to fry something like a burger. Say it is 2 tablespoons. If you pour the fat left in the pan over over the burger, then you know you have consumed 2 tablespoons. Thank you for your answer regarding fat. I was worried that if you eat too much it may cause some damage. I have been following all your suggestions for the last 6 months. Its been hard as I had to quit my job, end my stressful marriage, sort out financial issues, find a GP who would assist me with the insurance etc, all took me 6 months. It was a huge job. Everything is as you said nothing was working till I stopped all the stress. I have been planning to ring you and will do that pretty soon, although I think you won't add more to what I already learned from your articles. For the last 5 months I had to cook/boil all my food and keep it pretty simple, eating only 4-5 veggies and the same food every day. My stomach would not accept anything else. Slowly, I started noticing obvious improvements. I added new foods and recently started being able to fry my food. Things like garlic, peppers, ginger are now okay. This is huge after 5 yrs of not being able to eat those. Things look promising. I must add something as I have been feeling it for years now. Over the last 15 yrs regularly every 2-3 weeks I have been having regular eczema outbreaks, my face would go dry making shaving painful, dandruff and oily skin go 10 times worse. I mentioned that to you in my earlier post last year. I noticed that these reactions are improving too!!! I also noticed my PH in my mouth has become alkaline and I no longer have the husband balantitis (something similar to eczema on man's penis). Now, after years of studying I learned that all that regular outbreaks was a simple detox reaction. It happens regularly because it happens according to the lunar cycle, it took me a while but after reading my diary I have no doubts and can now predict my eczema outbreak very accurately. This could be useful to others as it really works the same for everyone. I was lucky enough to learn about it in a hard way. 15 yrs is enough to be sure. This web is not bad in describing the cycle: http://myspaguide.com.au/my-spa-guide-blog/timing-your-spa-treatments-with-the-m\ oon-phases.html ps. During the wanning moon I can barely walk whereas during the waxing moon I walk much more and feel less pain in my tendons and muscles. However after six months on the diet I noticed that this month I have no more pain in my shoulders even though it is the wanning moon phase. I think after the next cycle I will feel improvement in my forearms and lower legs. It feels like my body detoxing and then takes up the nutrients during the waxing phase. Sounds a bit odd but after feeling it for the last 15 yrs of observing it carefully I know I'm right. Fingers x God bless
Guest guest
+++ This is interesting . I too have noticed over the past several years, that my symptoms would get dramatically worse when it was a full moon. I would even make comments to my family about it. When I felt my worse, my husband would look out the window and sure enough it was a full moon. Thanks for the article. Guest guest
Hi, Yes it is very interesting. Those who have eczema can feel it even more. It took me a few years to learn that bacteria is the most active around the full moon, so is Candida Hi Missy, I know what you feel when people look at you like u were a bit crazy. Truth is I keep that mostly to myslef, last time when I mentioned it to my dermatologist - I do not want to even tell you how her face looked like. Anyway, I took some photos to show her but she was not open minded enough to believe me. Waste of time that was. > > +++ This is interesting . I too have noticed over the past several years, that my symptoms would get dramatically worse when it was a full moon. I would even make comments to my family about it. When I felt my worse, my husband would look out the window and sure enough it was a full moon. Thanks for the article. > Missy > > >  > > > > > > >>>>I must add something as I have been feeling it for years now.
