Guest guest
Last night I did my first: 7 PM I took 1 teaspoonful of epsom salt on a glass of warm water. ( no dinner) 9 PM - 2 teaspoon ful of epsom salt but i have to go for a very loose bowel. I may have drained all the liquid I need in the flushing process. 11 PM - I took 1/2 cup of cold pressed olive oil thoroughly mixed with 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice. I went to bed immediately lying on my right side w/ right knee pointed to my chin for the first 30 minutes. I woke up this morning at 7:30 and went to the bathroom and still had a loose bowel. I found about 3 tiny floating green stuff. I was expecting more for I was diagnosed thru ultra sound of having gallstone a month earlier. Did I blew up the whole process because of having loose bowel after my second ingestion of epsom salt? I need advise! Thank you very much, rozbeg
Guest guest
Your ingestion times are OK, but you were short on the Epsom salts, and, you didn't follow it up in the morning with more of it. First, no fat or oil or meat or dairy on the day of the flush and if you can do it, no fat or oil or meat on the day before the flush. Then on the day of the flush, no food or drink after 2 PM (no drink meaning no tea, coffee, soda, or any caloric drink) or in your case 3 PM would have been fine. I generally end all food intake by 12 PM. Then the ingestion of a good amount of Epsom salts is very important. The protocol that I follow is 4 tablespoons of Epsom salts in 3 cups of water. Dissolve that, and that's what you use to flush out your bowels, 3/4 of a cup of the mixture at a time - not the whole thing at once. From that mixture take 3/4 cup of it at 6 PM (7 PM is fine), then another 3/4 cup of it at 8 PM (11 PM is fine as long as it is 2 hours after the first one). Then a very common mistake is to not take another 3/4 cup of the Epsom salt mixture first thing in the morning at 6 AM (no earlier) and another one at 8 AM. This is the protocol. What you take at 10 PM/11 PM is a matter of personal choice and if you are on your first flushes I would recommend just what you did, the 1/2 cup of olive oil and 1/2 cup of either grapefruit juice or lemon juice. On my early flushes I increased this to 3/4 cup of oil and 3/4 cup of juice before switching to even more oil and juice at flush #15. By not taking the Epsom's salts in the morning (both doses) two things happen; the gallstones mix with fecal material and cannot be seen; and/or the gallstones clump together and cause constipation and remain in the colon with all of their poisons far too long and are only pushed out by digested food which again, hides the stones. This flush ejects poisons from the liver and the gallbladder and if left in you colon can cause illness, I know - it has happened to me. For that reason I not only do the Epsom salts but make sure I take significant amounts of psyllum powder for at least two days afterward. I would expect that you did in fact dislodge some stones. However, the amount of Epsom salts you took was not potent enough, and you didn't follow through in the morning with more doses of it. For me the morning Epsom salts are the ugliest and most difficult part of the flush. Just my observations from 30 flushes. Guest guest
Hi Rozbeg, I would also add that it might taste better if you mix the epsom salts according to Jays procedure, but in warm water early in the day so they dissolve then chill the epsom salts as they don't taste as bad that way. I would also suggest maybe trying a straw it helps getting the solution paste the taste buds. Also dring the oil and juice with one as well, if taste is a problem.
