Guest guest
Hi Jess, I also struggle with heavy metal toxicity. Heavy metals are stored in the fat tissues and when body is able to detoxify they are realised to blood stream causing very unpleasant symptoms. I have few similar symptoms to you. Try infrared sauna, it does miracles for me (mainly with muscle burning and aches-they just melt away after a sauna session). It is difficult/ impossible to distinguish illness symptoms from detoxifying, but if you following a diet then symptoms you experience should be due to detoxification. Also, make sure you cut all possible sources of mercury (like amalgam), aluminium (like tap water, depending on region you live). BTW what is oil pull? Guest guest
Hi Jess and everyone, I am new to this group and wondering if you,(someone ) could help me. I have sevral problems along with yeast. Bacteria overgrowth, malabsorption, leaky gut/IBS, toxins and heavy metal toxicity. I have gas, bloating, cramps, left sided abdominal pain, very strange feelings of gurgling, rumbling, bubbling,as if something was inside poking to get out. I also have constipation, and do not get much help by taking something for it, and end up doing enemas daily. I am concerned that the enemas are causing me harm, but don't know what else to do. Some doctors say they are okay, others say do not do them. I have heard of the coffee enema, but never tried it.Is there anything special about a coffee enema,or special way of doing them? I would appreciate any and all ideas or opinions. Thank you Elaine > > Hi Bee & Group, > > Today I am going on month 4 and have a few questions. Since, I started the > diet I have had the following. How would I know the difference? +++Hi Jess, All of your symptoms since starting on this program are due to: 1) retracing of past disease processes, or 2) natural healing and detoxification the body has to create in order to get healthy. You do not need anything other than this program to help your body to get rid of heavy metals like mercury, lead, arsenic, . Doing the program, and not anything else, is the longer, slower and safer way to do it. Taking molybdenum is only needed by your body in small amounts, and taking it imbalances minerals. Molybdenum is obtained from pork, lamb, beef liver, eggs and some other foods. See this article about how this program helps your body get rid of heavy metals: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/mn16.php Bee

It is better and safer to just do this program which is very efficient at getting rid of all heavy metals: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/mn16.php So even sources of mercury from amalgam, tap water, etc. are easily removed when on this program. It is not advisable to remove amalgams until you are healthy, since they also release too many toxins at one time. All the best, Bee

First, the leaky gut theory is false as explained in this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig12.php It is common for candida sufferers to have bacteria at the same time. It is dangerous to do daily enemas to move your bowels since they will make your bowels dependent upon enemas to move, and they also interfere with the important functions of the large intestines. This program is very effective for removing all heavy metals from the body, the safe way, as this article explains: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/mn16.php Coffee enemas help unburden your body of toxins - this article explains it, and also how to do them: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema1.php All of your health problems, including candida, bacteria, bloating, gas, constipation, etc. are cause by the same reasons for ALL Failing Health: 1) Lack of the correct combination of nutrients that all humans need in order to be healthy. 2) Lack of oxygen at a cellular level. 3) Accumulation of toxins, poisons, and waste because of an inability of the body to detoxify like it should. 4) Lowered vitality (energy) due to stress, shock, injury, emotional upsets, losses, relationship or financial worries, being unhealthy, etc. 5) Poor " Nutritional Status " acquired from parents upon conception. In fact candida is the " result of " poor health that can happen anytime in a person's life (even babies), and it is a fungus just like cancer. So the place to start is by reading and learned how to get healthy, so please read these 2 important articles: How to Successfully Overcome Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these 200 wonderful Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php After reading get back to us with any questions you still have. Guest guest
Hi Bee and everyone, Thank you for your responses. I am hoping that my symptoms are due to detoxing then because I never had the burning cold sensations or static problem before so it's definitely not retracing. On a good note, I received blood work results and it states my thyroid has normalized as well as vitamin D level. I know you say not to trust blood work Bee but just seeing something positive on paper gives me some hope. I have not seen thyroid or d normal on paper for about a year now. My hormones are still off, cortisol and other results still pending. One thing though, my lymphocytes were slightly elevated as well as protein, ketones, crystals and bacteria (in urine). Bee, do you think my lymphocytes are elevated because my body is in fighting mode right now due to detoxing? Also, same goes for bacteria in urine - could this be due to detoxing? Many thanks!! Jess Hi Elaine and Dobrusia, I also have the bloating, burping and gurgling rumbling sounds you mentioned for 1 year now. My menstruation also stopped along with a bunch of other symptoms. It is very scary not knowing if your symptoms are detoxing or illness but I am going to keep going. I do the oil pulling by mixing 1 tbsp of CO with 3-4 drops of Oil of oregano and swish in my mouth for 15 minutes. You can google on Bee's site for more detailed info. Thanks for tip on sauna but I am going to stick to epsom salt baths for now. Kind regards, Jess On Sat, Apr 2, 2011 at 10:19 AM, Bee <beeisbuzzing2003@...> wrote: > > > > > > > > > Hi Jess and everyone, > > > > I am new to this group and wondering if you,(someone ) could help me. Guest guest
Dear Bee, Thank you for your email. I didn't know saunas are not recomended, it must of been changed recently. I do saunas once per week or when I can't handle detox symphtoms and they are such a huge help for me, I feel like all my toxins are extracted out of my body.Do you think I should discontinue them? I don't fully understand how removed amalgam can release toxins, if its removed/not there any more?Would you clarify this for me plese? Guest guest
Hi Dobrusia, Saunas are not recommended because the sweating action mobilizes toxins and can be very overwhelming for some people. If you feel like saunas are helping you, then by all means continue them. Just keep in mind that for most people they release a lot of toxins all at once and many ill people can't handle that. It makes them feel too sick and overwhelmed which is not beneficial or necessary for healing. I believe that Bee was referring to the *removal* of amalgams which release too much toxins at once, causing people to get overwhelmed by toxins they can't handle. For some people this can be very debilitating for quite some time, so that's why it's better to wait until is fully healed to remove the amalgams. Once a person is fully healed from their candida and other health issues, the excess of toxins released during the removal process won't be as likely to overwhelm their system. Hope that helps to explain it for you. Bee, do you think my lymphocytes are elevated because my body is in fighting mode right now due to detoxing? Also, same > goes for bacteria in urine - could this be due to detoxing? +++Hi Jess. Not all of your symptoms and reactions will be caused by retracing. New symptoms are very common to occur too. +++Your urine is good indicator you are detoxing, i.e. more lymphocytes (white blood cells), crystals and bacteria. More protein and ketones is because of consuming more protein. The kidneys are one of the major ways your body detoxifies itself, besides the liver, lungs, and skin. > I also have the bloating, burping and gurgling rumbling sounds you mentioned for 1 year now. My menstruation also stopped along with a bunch of other symptoms. It is very scary not knowing if your symptoms are detoxing or illness but I am going to keep going. +++Menses will stop when you are unhealthy, and many women have them stop after starting on this program. Eventually 99.99% of them get normal periods again. +++Illness is a sign that something isn't right, and when you correct correct what is wrong with this program your symptoms and reactions are signs it is reversing the illness (or disease) processes. Your body has to go through them in order to heal itself. As I've written many times: All diseases, illnesses, symptoms, organ malfunctions, etc. when you are becoming more and more unhealthy are exactly the same as healing and detoxifying processes created by the body itself in an effort to maintain and/or restore its own balance, in spite of poor nutrition, toxins, etc. So read more about Healing Naturally so you can feel more secure about your symptoms and reactions: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_2.php All the best, Bee
Guest guest
> > > Dear Bee, > > Thank you for your email. > > I didn't know saunas are not recomended, it must of been changed recently. +++Hi Dobrusia. I have never recommended saunas on my program. You must have been reading an article on my website I did not write. My program doesn't change because of other articles. > I do saunas once per week or when I can't handle detox symptoms and they are such a huge help for me, I feel like all my toxins are extracted out of my body. Do you think I should discontinue them? +++Saunas mobilize toxins more and puts more stress on your body than is not necessary when you are on this program. This program does all of the detoxing necessary, the longer, safer, slower way, along with healing. You cannot speed up healing anyway, since it still takes 1 month of natural healing for every year you've been unhealthy. > I don't fully understand how removed amalgam can release toxins, if its removed/not there any more? Would you clarify this for me plese? +++The process of removing amalgams always releases a lot of mercury into your system at one time, which unhealthy people cannot handle. Even though amalgams release a bit of mercury it is much less over longer periods of time which makes them less damaging than dumping a lot of mercury at once into your system to remove them. Also this program will help your body form new dentin, sealing in the amalgams so they are less able to release mercury. Bee

Guest guest
Hi Dobrusia, Just wanted to say hello. I have been thinking about you. I'm struggling bad Dobrusia. I can't get a hold of myself. I can't tell if I'm detoxing or getting worse. I am insanely depressed and can't get it together. I am probably going to lose my job soon. I stay home and don't really speak to anyone. I am so so jealous when I see my cousins going out, smoking and drinking while I am home crying trying to figure out what is wrong w/ me. So many people talk about success with this diet but I just don't know anymore. At times I can barely go up the stairs and I get so lost and confused. I can't focus and forget things or just do not want to do anything. I use to love staying home, smoking pot, going out to eat, eating at home or I would go to the gym and train hard. Now I can't do any of these things. I hate this so much because I see everyone around me living their lives freely and we are in this sick bubble. I too have lost a ton of hair, my stomach bloats like a basketball and my muscle mass is gone. I know this sounds vain but I HATE living like this. I have a closet full of clothes and shoes that I can't wear. Everything makes me feel guilty. I can't even do anything without enjoying myself. I feel that I am being punished somehow and will be punished more if I do something to enjoy myself. I feel like I am going to snap. My doc has referred me to see a psychiatrist to deal with my health issues and the psychiatrist wants to admit me into a hospital. My poor mother is suffering. I'm sorry to be complaining like this to you but I know you can relate. Nobody understands what this feels like. My cheat has been wheat free/gluten free bread w/ almond butter and banana...lol! Oh and I smoked some pot last week on my vaporizer. I use to smoke everyday 2 years ago. This is insane that I would call this a cheat. Normal, healthy people look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them I am cheating on my diet while they are sitting there eating real cake in front of me, smoking a few blunts and drinking. My cousin is a scientist like you and works in a lab, she pops pills for allergies, asthma etc, smokes everyday and eats whatever the hell she wants. She has all of her hair and is healthy. Yes, she may have allergies but I could care less about some allergies. I could live with that. Ok, I need to stop. I could go on forever. I hope besides your hair that you are seeing some progress so that I can regain some hope again. Blessings and much, much HEALTH To YOU Dobrusia!!!! By the way...I Love your name. Guest guest
Hi Jess, I am on this program again. I let myself slide. However, this time around it is not nearly as intense as it was for me the first time. I want to tell you that you need to keep going. I had to quit my job. I could not get out of my recliner because I was so dizzy all the time. I could not drive and I didn't want to because there was no joy in anything. I was having to write things down because I lost my memory. I did not know what was wrong with me but I was really sick and always scared. I drank (alcohol)everyday. I did not understand at the time it was the candida cravings. After I would drink I would get insanely sick for 5 or 6 days. The doc's could not tell me what was wrong and I got sent to a psychiatrist. While I insisted I was physically sick, he proceeded to teach me how to breathe. It was a terrible cycle that only stopped with dedication and hard work from me. I also witness people who are able to do anything or eat anything without problems. We don't see the damage that they are causing to themselves but it will come out somehow. It is okay to mourn the life you think you should have but when you feel really good and you are truly healthy you will look back and know that what you had was not as good as you thought. Jess, it gets worse before it gets better. Don't worry about the vain issues right not. Get healthy and those issues will resolve themselves the right way. Guest guest
Jess - you have to remember that the rotten food and substances are damaging everyone to a greater or lesser degree. I spent years feeling sorry for myself - why me? Why can't I eat the yummy stuff and do what I want? How come EVERYONE else can and I can't - boo hoo - poor me. You know the stuff. It wasn't until I finally realised that it is impacting on everyone else too that I changed my mindset. Ok, maybe others around you seem ok - at the moment - but sooner or later it will kick them up the butt. They will get digestive problems, or sleep problems or arthritis, or migraines, or be tired all the time, or become diabetic or even get Cancer or some other horrible disease. The few who don't will be very fortunate to 'get away with it'. Your body has had an early warning signal - some of them might not get one at all, or ignore it till it is too late. You have not realised that this is actually something that will benefit you for the rest of your life. Just today I have been to see a friend whose wife has recently been found to have a terminal brain tumor. It has hit them like a brick - she had no warning until she suddenly collapsed. He has done a lot of research and has come to the same conclusions as me and many others on Bee's site - that most food out there is nothing short of poison. He walks around the stores and is hit with disgust at the shelves groaning under the weight of DEAD processed food. He is desperately trying to help his wife to heal by making sure that the only food she gets is REAL food - all-natural and full of nutrition - and low-carb with NO sugar. Her life is hanging by a thread but they are jolly well going to fight for it as hard as they can. Pot is just as much a poison to your body as this garbage. Don't let yourself be influenced by others around you - if they can't support you, what kind of friends are they? If you stick to this diet and stop the 'cheats' you WILL get well. But in order to stay well you need to stay off them - they are not doing anyone any favors. Is smoking pot with your friends really worth sacrificing your health for? Is it any wonder you are so sick? You can't keep abusing your body and not have it kick back sooner or later. Our bodies are not a bottomless trash can! Just look around you at this sick and suffering World. Whilst those who still eat a natural diet and who are not tainted by the Western diet are still healthy, the rest of us who are are drowing under the barrage of illnesses and 'diseases'. We all know others who are seriously ill or who have one of the many nasty modern 'diseases'. You are so not alone. There are hundreds on this website like you and me who have been struggling - and many for many years. I have been battling with extreme fatigue and other debilitating health issues for 40 years - which is probably longer than you have been alive! The thought of taking 4 years out of my 54 years to heal isn't such a big deal after struggling all that time. Stop fighting the diet and let it do it's job. It may be uncomfortable for a while, but eventually you will look back and see how far you have come. Every time you cheat you are lengthening the time it will take to heal. I know it's hard - and especially when you see other seemingly 'enjoying' themselves around you. I don't know why your health should be worse than theirs - I don't know why mine should be either but that's life. For me, maybe it was all the antibiotics I was given as a child, or the fact that my Mum was nutritionally weak when she was pregnant with me, or the vaccinations I was given during my life, or inherited weaknesses, or the bad food choices I have made over the years - possibly even all of them, but this is the way it is and I can't change that. But I am jolly glad I have now learned what's what and have the opportunity to do something about it. This is an amazing opportunity. Learn and become enlightened and then you can use that knowledge to help others who are sick rather than focusing on your own issues all the time. Try to become, and stay as positive as you can - there are so many who have passed through this site who have healed that we can be well encouraged by their success. What I have seen though is those who have strayed from the diet and have become sick all over again and they would undoubtedly agree that health is definitely dependent on how we treat and the respect we have for our bodies. Guest guest
Thank you for the support and encouraging words Ali and Shelby. I am back on track today. I don't know, for 3 months I did not cheat at all and all of a sudden I have intense cravings. I figure maybe just once a week helps me keep it together mentally until I have the will power not to anymore. My emotional state is at it's worse though. I feel like a crazy person. I don't really get out much or speak to people anymore. I am super, super depressed and emotional and I hold everything in. When I do share my symptoms to others they just look at me and think I just need a shrink. Nobody around me seems to understand and it's really taking a toll on me. I also hate to sound like I am complaining all the time but I am so scared. Do you have any suggestions as far as hunger goes. If I do get a craving or hunger pang, do you think I can have an extra egg shake or deviled egg or something? What if I crave something sweet after a meal? Can I have an egg shake as well or is this too much? Thank you so so much for responding!! Blessings and much health to you both, Jess On Sat, Apr 30, 2011 at 7:32 PM, torres <jessdollly@...>wrote: > Hey Dobrusia, I meant to send this only to you and I accidentally sent it > to to the forum. Guest guest
Hi Jess, In the beginning when you are craving things, it's much better to eat an egg/deviled egg/egg drink than to give in to the craving. Later on, you can try to bite the bullet and just wait until the next meal. Here are some other articles that might help you with cravings: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/help5.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/help3.php Remember: This craving is itself a symptom of the disease and is not a personal weakness or a sign of poor self-control, so don't beat yourself up about it. Try the recommendations in those articles or try to do something to get your mind off food. Going outside (even in bad weather) is often a good way to get your mind focused on other things. Guest guest
I agree. Have a few bites of chicken or an egg. Make your own mayo...it is so good. When I restarted this program I was really hungry. Not so much now. I don't even think about food until meal time. Actually I get hungry and I know it is time for the next meal. My body is used to the routine and I am satisfied.
