I used a natural salt one by Dr. Mist but I find I have to switch to something else for a while because it loses its effect. +++Hi , There are no ingredients listed on that link so I cannot advise whether it is okay or not. The reason your skin got red and felt burned is because the mixture is pulling out toxins through the skin and toxins make the skin feel like it is burning. Using any bad deodorants in the past have to be detoxified too along with all other toxins you acquired through your skin, breathed in, and consumed. As you continue applying CO and baking soda the reddening and burning sensations will get less and eventually stop. Here's some deodorants that are okay: http://www.iherb.com/Mill-Creek-Unscented-Clear-Deodorant-2-5-oz- http://www.iherb.com/Crystal-Body-Deodorant-Mineral-Deodorant-Body-Spray-Chamomi\ le-Green-Tea-4-fl-oz-118-ml/21071?at=0 http://www.iherb.com/Honeybee-Gardens-Deodorant-Powder-4-oz/10752?at=0 All the best, Bee
Guest guest
Hi Bee, sorry I must have sent the wrong link, this one should show the ingredients http://www.iherb.com/Aubrey-Organics-Deodorant-Spray-Calendula-Blossom-Natural-4\ -fl-oz-118-ml/7871?at=1 I'll possibly try the baking soda and coconut oil again.. it did feel more like a skin irritation than anything else.. maybe the rough baking soda on freshly shaved skin? I switched to natural deodorant many years ago before I started this program so I think I got rid of some toxins under my armpits before. Thank you, > > > > Hi Bee, > > > > Is this deodorant ok to use? > > > > http://www.iherb.com/Aubrey-Organics-Deodorant-Spray-Calendula-Blossom-Natural-4\ -fl-oz-118-ml/7871?at=1 > > > > I've made my own with coconut oil and baking soda but that made my skin really red and burned and just plain coconut oil gets my cloths all oily. > > > > anyone else have deodorant recommendations? It " should " list ingredients but it doesn't. > > I'll possibly try the baking soda and coconut oil again.. it did feel more like a skin irritation than anything else.. maybe the rough baking soda on freshly shaved skin? I switched to natural deodorant many years ago before I started this program so I think I got rid of some toxins under my armpits before. +++Your body creates " so-called " irritation, which are reactions it needs to create in order to heal and detoxify itself, just like it creates inflammation and infection - see Inflammation & Infection are Natural Healing Processes: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/nature3.php Baking soda is not rough at all and your own body produces it in many areas including your mouth, the intestines, liver, gall bladder, etc. Your body can also detoxify other toxins from many areas of the body since the glands in your armpits are part of the lymphatic system - this explains what the lymphatic system is and what it does: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/lymp1.php All the best, Bee

Find one that contains coconut or palm oil instead, and one that has no fragrance. I gave you links to good deodorants - see Message #105400. Guest guest
Hi Bee, Thank you. I thought zinc oxide was a good natural thing. One of the deodorants you mentioned does have fragrance in it, but I will try one of those. http://www.iherb.com/Crystal-Body-Deodorant-Mineral-Deodorant-Body-Spray-Chamomi\ le-Green-Tea-4-fl-oz-118-ml/21071?at=0 > > > +++Hi , > > You do not want to use anything that contains zinc oxide or unnatural oils like safflower that readily absorb into the skin.
